I was a Philodendron person that always wanted anthuriums. I never got into anthuriums because it felt intimidating. I watched so many of your videos for knowledge and finally have mostly antuhriums now. I hope you realize how much you are helping us with anthurium care

I love your obsession with anthuriums. I am obsessed with them as well. I just started collecting them, and for a while, I did. not think I could take care of them but took the plunge and am so happy I did. For now, I am sticking to the "beginner category," but, omg, your Dark Phoenix, I literally squealed when I saw it. That is such a stunning plant. I hope one day, once I have more experience, I can be the proud caregiver to one. Please do PART 2 AND PART 3, or you should make your channels about anthuriums only :-) besides NSE Tropicals and Ecuagenera, any other reputable shop you recommend buying from? I am in Texas. Thank you. Love, love. love your presence, attitude, and your anthuriums.

Lovedd this vid! I learnt so much esp the edema point😮. I just thought maybe it was leaf damage during unfurling. Im also sold on getting great white now. Charmaine had mentioned to me first for alocasia care and now u here for anthuriums so imma get that. Thank u so much for ur care tips! Goes a long way💚💯.
Maybe next vid can be how do u ID anthuriums or what characteristics do u look for to make an intelligent guess? I msgd u on IG about one im trying to ID just to help w being able to give it the right care. Really struggling w it.
Whatever u decide to film next im down regardless! Love ur content💚

IDing plants can be so difficult! I would start by observing characteristics (venation, colour, petiole shape) of plants you’re certain of the ID on, and also post in Facebook groups for identification - although this can be hit or miss! Anthuriums are doubly hard because hybridization is so common

This video is so appreciated! Got my first anthurium last year, I’ve fallen in love with them. You talked about 2 that I wished I hadn’t purchased the splendidum and the debilis the humidity that those 2 need is crazy. I imported them both the Splendidum last month she lost the leaves she came with grew a new in my care but it’s small, the debilis I have for 2 weeks it has 1 crispy leaf. Hope I can keep them alive. Thanks for the info. I enjoy your videos!

Anthurium Veitchii narrow form that one looks amazing the ridges on the leaves is what gets me loving it. Another one i love is the Luxurians the colour of the new leaf when it comes out and also the deep veining looks so 3D reminds me a bit like the Alocasia Dragon Scale. These two definitely would love to own. I bought the Anthurium Silver Bush few weeks ago that i saw at my plant store at a good price my first one wanted to give it a try. I notice the leaves turning upwards not flat do you know why they do that. Is in a nice airy mix, soil is moist I don’t let it dry out, and indirect light and my home is nice and warm. So don’t know why still.
