Ecumenical prayers and practices like hymns are a way of joining us in common prayer no matter our differences.
Hymn singing still stirs the breasts of many to participate .The stone that the builders rejected has become the Corner stone .

I am a 4th generation Christian in my family, I live in tamilnadu, India. We would sung this song every Wednesday morning assembly in my school, where they(students) come from every religion but sang this song as one, it brings back my memories of my school days. Every lyrics of this song are in my mind till this day, it's been more than a 10years though.

About 14 years ago when the Lord led us to do the ageless hymns this is one focus that we had to do is the way it was sung origianlly with least compromise ( specially in the 250 voice Mass Choir ) yet present it so that the youngsters and future generation will enjoy .Each album ( about 12-14 hymns in each ) are done with prayerful preparation and planning with many months of practice . The members of the Mass Choir are from 10-12 leading choirs . So glad that it is reaching out and blessing millions across the globe at such a time as this. Watch the Channel for other hymns ( virtual singing ) in 2020 as a prayer for the Nation by the Mass Choir and groups . Also the playlist " Sing for India" when we did 2 hymns in 24 Indian languages from across the Nation

What an encouragement to us all to see such an assembly and know the effort they had to put forth just to gather and memorize these songs of faith.
Father God give these your precious people showers of blessing. Protect them from the violent Hindus and Moslems that surround them. Transform the people who call themselves "government" from being persecutors of Christians to use the sword to protect the innocent and be a terror to the evil. Feed these your people and clothe them, meet their material necessities, protect them from diseases, from the harmful chemicals manufactured there, from the pollution of the rivers. Give them the ability to construct sewage treatment plants, water filtration, water distribution, and the water they need for irrigation to ease the toil of working for a living. In Jesus' name help these establish your Kingdom on earth, this work they have already begun. May you bless these to further the work of establishing your Kingdom on earth as you commanded us in the Great Commission of Matthew 28:18-20, your final words to your church.

Thanks Eugenie, The Lord made us record these Hymns from 2008 so it can bless many across not just India but all over the world for such a time as now. In 2020 we did 2 hymns ( virtual recording ) under campaign " Sing for India"
