Waqf Board is a statutory Govt body. It is headed by the Minister of State for Minority Affairs. So essentially Govt took over the property (which was already Govt).

Btw.. Hindus are not allowed to have similar rules. Govt should create equal rights/rules for all.
How is it sensible that Religion which is 21% of whole population owns largest property collection as a private entity? This obviously is because of support of state by creating impartial rules.

Time to nationalise waqf board itself and take every single inch of land of waqf board under a new department called "land and development department"
Government is privatising all the institutions and you are talking about Nationalising the Waqf (Trust) ??
But for your information it is already Nationalised under the government department called Waqf Board.
Waqf (Arabic) simply means trust (English).
The concept of giving wealth which also includes land and property for the use of public welfare was introduced by Islam and practiced by muslims worldwide.
The government has already found the best way to snach this wealth legally through waqf board where corrupt people like wasim rizvi chair the trust on behalf of the successive governments doing all the wrong things which politicians are infamous for.
I wonder why Muslims are forced by the right wing anti social elements to pray in the open in places like gurgaon when their community trust sits on huge amount of property doing no benefit to the community.

@@syedabdulazizchishty4002 they offer namaz on public property instead of waqf property because waqf property is already their own, if they offer Namaz on some place for a few years,then they can claim that land under the clause " Used for Muslim religious purpose " under this darconian law where waqf grabs your land and waqf itself is the Judge. Although i personally believe that the board serves the government (politicians) interests than serving the public interest which it is actually made for. Through waqf board government only does one thing that is acquire properties and wealth donated by the individuals usually members of the muslim community meant for public welfare.
The board doesnt builds schools and colleges, hospitals and do other public welfare works. Doesnt helps the needy.
Places of worship of muslims doesnt come under Waqf board but Masjid committee and old heritage mosques and buildings are administered by the ASI ( Archaeological survey of India).

Look at the sweeping powers of waqf board. Any property can be deemed waqf if it has been used as religious purposes for a long period of time.
By this law those public areas where muslim have been offering namaz over a period of time will be converted into waqf.
This might be apprehension of gurgaon haryana people that's why they opposed their public areas for namaz
In spain,one guy was able to save land from going in to hands of Peace fools by planting(burying) Pig in that plot under ground,making that land useless for peacefools.

Atleast allow Hindus to have our Gurukul's and teach Bhagavad Gita & Vedas too along with other subjects. Scrap article 30(1) or include Hindus in it & give Hindus the right which Muslims & Christians enjoy to establish & administer educational institutions of their choice

Waqf Board is a statutory Govt body. It is headed by the Minister of State for Minority Affairs. So essentially, it was transferred from one body of the Govt to another.
Declaring it to be property of Waqf board, essentially becomes private property of muslim community, it doesn't even matters that it is government entity considering structure of waqf board.
That's why UCC is necessary

According to government lawyers, the argument should be that the Muslim properties or WAQF property is not their property. Even if it came from donations, the lawyers should argue that this country original population was 90-95% Hindus, Jains, Sikhs, Buddhists, and Parsi population and are the original majority taxpayers from before. So all the WAQF board property should be declared obsolete except their Kaabristans. And the real ownership should belong to Indian government property, as per majority taxpayers.

Its time to scrap waqf act 1995 and bring all land in to government control. A fair and transparent enquiry in to all the previous land acquisitions and holdings is required. Govt can allot land to required on genuine and need based approach.

Their plain is for long term and distruction of other region, first they do namaz in roads, parks, empty places (done in gurugaon) and every where in the county and claim that they used to pray previously on these lands and property.
