For the last question you need to make use of volatile keyword because only in case of volatile variables data is flushed from cpu register to the main memory if you use any normal varaible it is not gauranteed and the data is obtained from cache which may have old data
Nice, I can see how time has progressed in a way ..last year interviews were somewhat easy ..this year's level has increased significantly..is it due to mass hiring last year that this year the interview level will be as high as companies want to be?(talking from my experience while giving interviews nowadays)
