I just remembered something. I'm surprised that, when Mark entered the room with Stefano's first victim, no one told him to stand next to the camera and look up. If you do, you can see Stefano looking down at you from a balcony before flash-stepping away.

I just rewatched the first one and I'm laughing because in the forest one, he kept insisting that the nurse was Myra despite the game telling him her name was Tatiana and in this one he insists Kidman is Lily despite the fact that Kidman is too old (there's only an 11 year age difference between her and Sebastian).
And the fact that he calls it *DareDevil's* Apartment instead of DeadPool's Apartment.
To be honest I was dead sure she would be Myra because you usually get to her through a broken Myra. Um, mirror. Mark thought that for most of the playthrough and just kind of forgot that she turned out to be some random nurse instead.

SOME TIPS:
1. Make sure to check your communicator often while wandering around. It will lead you to some interesting characters and story points.
2. You can mark way points on your map, it will show you where to go.
3. Break the angel statues, just like in the first one, to get keys.
4. Check all the houses in area - you should do this before continuing onto the main mission as it will introduce a harder enemy to beat.
5. If you can sneak past the enemy, do so. Conserve your ammo for the bosses.
6. Upgrade your stamina first if you can, you're gonna need to run a lot.
7. Upgrade reload speed & firepower first for your weapons, when you're stuck in a corner and your slow ass is taking forever to reload, you're dead.
8. Do not try to sneak kill the pale/white monster ladies, it won't work. Sneak past or head shot them a couple of times.
9. Enemies laying on the ground that appear dead, probably aren't. Check to see if their eyes are glowing red. They're easy head shots.
10. You can set up tripwire traps with the crossbow bolts. Ex- aim a smoke or explosive bolt at the wall, you will see a red laser once its across from something it can connect too. From there, you can lure enemies over with bottles. Any tripwires that are already set up, you can grab the bolt from the wall and deactivate it.
11. Upgrade the handgun and crossbow first; especially smoke bolts and explosive bolts. You should try to craft these bolts as much as possible.
12. Always keep a shock bolt handy - they can open some of the doors.

It’s a nice theory but wouldn’t make any sense since Sebastian the STEM for the first time around october 2014 - exactly two years after his daughter’s death.
On october 2017 he enters the STEM again.
According to notes we find in tew1 Lily was 5 years old when she “died” in 2012, meaning now in 2017 when she sees her father again she is about 10 /11 years old. Which is also why her reaction was so natural to seeing Sebastian for the first time in five years, she probably has little to no memory of her father.

No, they literally ripped Thor and Loke out of Norse Mythology, along with a hell of a lot of other things, and completely fucked everything up. There was no inspiration involed. Inspiration would have been something like Skyrim, or the Titan Pantheon from Warcraft. The Thor comics are not inspired, though.
So your problem isn't with Ragnarok but Marvel Comics as a whole. Gotcha.

I was having one of the shittiest days I've had in a while. I was frustrated, angry, disappointed, tired, and overall just feeling terrible. I saw a new gameplay pop up on my subox from you and thank god I decided to click this. It's relaxing me, distracting from the horrible day and giving me comfort. I've always loved to watch you play more in depth game plots, so honestly I just want to thank you so much. This gameplay, paired by your person just made my day, and I really REALLY need that desperately.

I've been waiting for this for over a week or two. Since the game came out really, but you were on break and I can respect that. So glad you didn't forget about it Mark.

I haven't played this game and this is the first let's-play that I've watched, but I think Markiplier is right - there are too many coincidences, to the point that I think Mobius is playing Sebastian. There are multiple ways for this to play out - the core is Lily, but they only slapped the identification sticker on the side when they decided to bring Sebastian in, or the core isn't Lily but they need Sebastian's experience with the Beacon STEM to deal with what's happening (probably because Leslie/Ruvic is involved somehow).
Well, Ruvik is last seen at the end of TEW1, with no indication he is involved in the events of this game. In the end of TEW1 we see Ruvik's brain is marked with his name very much like Lily is, so my working theory (playing this game myself) is that MOBIUS needs someone who can handle the worst case scenario (monster hellhole) to be able to contact them and reestablish their control over their team. I am inclined to think Lily is really the Core because Myra (Sebastian's wife) would have unlikely joined MOBIUS if it had nothing to do with Lily's "death," especially if it were actually responsible.

Actually, like you said, there's way too many coincidences. And Mark is really smart to pick that up. Now that I've watched the whole play through, it's very likely that O'Neal was already under the influence of that priest (forgotten the name already) at that period of time. If not, he wouldn't have been able to make that huge destabilizing machine and direct Sebastian to turn it on. So very likely he was pretending to not know who Lily was because he knew the Father guy wanted her.
