Depending on whether you are just starting your Amazon FBA business or whether you have been running one for a while now, there are different software and services for different stages of your business. I'll go through what those services are and when you should get them.
The very first thing you will need is the Amazon Seller app. This is Amazon Seller Central, but on your phone. It is the app you will be using to scan products when you are out at a store looking for products to resell. Right on the homepage of the app you have a quick snapshot of your business.
Also on the app is access to your orders, inventory, returns, and other information that you can find on your Seller Central account. So, not only can you look up products with this app, but once you've been selling on Amazon regularly you can look up current inventory levels to decide whether to replenish certain products. They also added a new feature where they show you how many of a unit you have sold over a certain time frame.
Once you've been selling on Amazon for a while and decide to take the business seriously you will want to get Inventory Lab. This is one of the most important services you can get for your business and is essentially Seller Central, but with way more functionality. It ties directly into your Seller Central account and functions as both an inventory management system and an accounting tool.
If you're going to be doing online arbitrage as a strategy to expand your business the next tool I recommend you getting is Tactical Arbitrage. If you want to do online arbitrage without paid software then check out the video I'll have linked below. With Tactical Arbitrage though, you can scan over 1,000 online retailers.
Once you've mastered online arbitrage with Tactical Arbitrage, you can take it even a step further and get Storefront Stalker to be able to find products from your competitors.
The next service can help you grow your business by giving you access to consistent cash flow and that is Payability. This is a service that lets you get paid on a daily basis instead of the two week pay cycle that Amazon normally has. The way it works is it borrows money against your shipped sales and gives you 80% of it. So if Amazon deposits 100 dollars in your Seller Central account then Payability will give you 80 dollars the next day.
Keep in mind if you are looking to open a Payability account that they require three months of selling history along with an average monthly revenue of at least 2,000 dollars. The cost of this service is between one and two percent of your gross sales. They also have an Instant Advance feature which lets you borrow larger amount of money against your future earnings.
When you want to increase your sell-through rate and competitiveness on Amazon you will want to implement a repricer for your business. This is a software that will keep track of your pricing, your cost, and your competitors pricing and based on certain rules you set will keep your pricing competitive. I did a video on how I used a repricer to double my sales month over month and I will have that linked below.
There are two extensions I use as well and those are Amz Scout FBA Calculator and Hummingbird Hover Graph. Amz Scout FBA Calculator is a free tool that helps you calculate profit margins and ROI. It also gives you a rough idea of monthly sales based on sales rank. Then you have the Hummingbird Hover Graph which is actually included with Tactical Arbitrage. This is similar tool to Keepa and gives you a graph with information like sales rank, pricing, or whether Amazon is on the listing.
These are all the software and services I use, I hope this has proven helpful for you.

I don't use it just out of habit of using the seller app. I've tried it in the past and it does seem like a great app to use though.
