I'm going to make this for a very special friend....so time is no problem, she will really appreciate it, and make use of it afterward for her own crafty stash. Going to make cards for one side and matching tags on the other. Looking forward to making it. Thank you very much 💝
Thank you Shirley, I do seem to make the same mistakes!! I'm really glad you enjoyed the tutorial, I often wonder if I should learn editing. It will probably make me look more professional but I quite like warts and all 😊. Thank you for leaving a lovely comment xxxx Cindy xxxx
Well done Cindy it is a really lovely project. I am like you, I do not like anything distressed . I like the berry bliss , I think it is called. I enjoy doing the 3d projects, I have done a lot.
Well, my first handbag is done & is drying! I loved doing this in pink floral, who knew that the paper & the contrast worked so well, I am a admirer not a get one made, so this is an eye opener for me, will need to make a second one as the box openers were round the wrong way, next time get it right. Still looks pretty, thanks once again for your tutorial. Oh, three hours it took with a couple of breaks in between.
I'm so pleased you made one! I would love to see it. I really can't tell you how tickled I am that you made it and three hours with breaks is good. Thank you Patricia, you have made my day xxxx Cindy xxxx
So lovely, what a great handbag for a gift. I will try it to-day have a friend who has a birthday coming up & so here goes. Many thanks for such a good tutorial, so easily explained with a great sense of humour with it, I also end up peeling off the glue from my hands. I live in New Zealand , so it will be followed I'm sure once the gift gets to be seen here. Pat.
What a lovely comment to leave me 😊. I am really glad you enjoyed the tutorial and I hope yours turns out beautiful. Thank you for watching and taking the time to leave a message, it means a lot xxxx Cindy xxxx
Thank you! Love the handbag with gift cards! And I love that you make creative changes (never a mistake) just like I do. Love your helpful hints. Thank you!
Thank you Vicki Johnson! What a lovely comment 😊. I'm so glad you liked the tutorials. That has really made my day 😊, so thank you for taking the time 😊. Have a great day xxxx Cindy xxxx
Similar to something I made ages ago but look so much lovelier. Will have a go your way. Thank you for the inspiration hope you don’t mind me casing this xx
Thank you Amber for your comment 😊😊. It really makes my day. I hope your day is going well and thank you for taking the time out of your day xxx Cindy xxx
These handbags really are gorgeous! I think I like the one in Peakaboo Peach and black best because I absolutely love the pattern and the contrast of the peach flowers with the black card stock . :-) For such a great result you make it look so easy to put together! That encourages me greatly to try this project myself. (I hope I do not sound strange in writing this as English is not my mothertongue.) Thank you so much for sharing this tutorial! I subscribed to your channel and am looking forward to many more gorgeous projects from you!
Prinz Mondkatze your english is absolutely perfect! I would never guess! I am really pleased to hear you liked the contrast, I picked that colour to stand out so I'm pleased you like it 😊. These really aren't difficult I promise, and I do hope you have a go, I would love to see it if you do, and tank you for subscribing, I really do appreciate it xxxx Cindy xxxx
I really enjoyed this and plan to make some for Christmas gifts! Thank you for sharing your creativity..... Your new subscriber/follower from Montana USA, Sherry
Thank you Sherry 😊. I'm excited to hear you are going to make some, I would love to see them. I am really glad you enjoyed the tutorial and thank you for subscribing xxxx Cindy xxxx
This is awesome! Thank you for sharing. I can't wait to try this. What are the diamond and pearl embellishments called if I were to search them on Amazon?
Hi Cin, I came across your tutorial last Friday and over the weekend I made 2 of the handbags. They turned out adorable. Like you said in your video take your time and enjoy making the handbag. I had to make a little adjustment because I used really thick cardstock. Thank you for sharing the tutorial. Kind regards, Elisabeth
Hello Elizabeth, I am thrilled to hear you made two! I really do get a kick out of that 😊. I am pleased you enjoyed making them. The trouble is with mine, is I don't want to give them away! Thank you for leaving a message, I do so enjoy hearing if people liked them or made them. Have a great day xxx Cin xxxx
Cinders Papercraft, just like me! I just want to keep them for myself to look at. But if I would hold on to all my crafty projects I would need a bigger house. It's much easier and space saving to take photos and give the projects away. The 2 handbags I made already have a new owner and as I enjoyed making them I will be making one for myself to keep.
I was wondering if anyone out there knows where I can purchase the Tonic die that matches this design? I love this design and you have done an excellent job on this project.
Do the magnets hold it together well, or does the weight of the cards and envelopes cause it to fall open if U pick it up by the handle? I noticed u only held it on the sides.
I love your tutorial. Thanks so much for this. Christmas gifts here I come!!! *grin I have been looking for something to be able to put more than just 4-5 card sets in. I like the new acetate boxes but they aren't big enough to really make a "nice gift" only a "small gift", so this is perfect for me.
Thank you Renata, I'm really pleased that you liked the tutorial, so thank you for watching. I know what you mean about the acetate boxes, they just don't hold enough for nice gift. I do hope you give them ago and thank you again for taking the time to leave a message xxxx Cindy xxxx
Thank you Janice, you always leave such lovely messages 😊. I am thrilled you liked them, and thank you for your praise 😊. It's always a pleasure to hear from you and I hope you have a wonderful day xxxCindy xxx
So cute, be neat to make a smaller one for a gift card. This wonderful. I love the peak a boo peach. The other box you brought in, you said that was a die what is the name of the if may ask and also where you get your magnets. Have a wonderful day.
Thank you for your comment and I completely agree, a smaller one for the gift cards sounds perfect 😊😊. I get my magnets from Amazon and if you type in Sodial N35 50 it will bring up a pack of 50 magnets for £1.60. I got the original die from Amazon and I think it's called an Oxford die and if I remember it was a Tonic die. I hope that's right for you 😊 xxxx Cindy xxxx
Cinders Papercraft Oh my how your so wonderful, I made this, which I liked the UK box better so I went with that measurement and guess what it fit my folio book I also made, that made me super excited. Keep up great work. You have a new follower. Also wanted to know do I havr permission to make this a cut file for my self as I can't cut worth anything. Have a grand day
chop master I am so thrilled you made one 😊😊. It's so nice to hear that, and I love the fact you could do it 💕. Of course you can make a cutting file, thank you for asking, that's very sweet😊. Enjoy your day and I'm so glad you are a subscriber 💕💕 xx Cindy xx
Hi I have a comment further down, I knew you seemed familiar, I was a subscriber obviously over a year ago, but not sure what happened but anyway subscribed again and am glad I did I’ve been binge watching and I love your videos xx😀❤️
Three handbags later, Powder pink, Lemon Lime twist & Emerald envy but I know now, after watching the video, for the umpteenth time, I put the top @ the bottom & vice versa, so my boxes are going the wrong way on opening, so I will start again tomorrow not sure of which colour yet not much left. I have re-ordered & will have a week to wait. SO..oooo, @ least I can see where I went wrong now, penny has dropped. I have enjoyed so far making them, & am learning something new. Thanks, if I can get a photo up will do, but I am long in the tooth & that is not something I know how to do yet. Cheers Pat.
Hello Pat, oh bless it sounds like you have had a bit of a time with it. If you ever get stuck on something you can always leave a message and I can film a quick tutorial to help you 😊. I really wouldn't mind. I bet they are just as lovely facing a different way. I bet the lemon lime twist looks gorgeous. Please do feel free to ask if you have a problem I really am happy to help. xxxx Cin xxxx

I like viewing videos with mistakes sometimes. It helps me know I'm not the only one and sometimes it shows up where "I" could go wrong.
