Not a knock but from watching your channel the only reason you haven't used one before is because you don't seem to use camera operator. I use field monitors and a rig with Camcorders and DSLRs because they give you a much better perspective for lining up your shot. Stand behind the camera and line up the shot with the tiny screen on the camera and with your new monitor and you will understand. That screw on top isn't really for mounting something on top but I suppose you could but that wouldn't be practical. It is actually just another mounting point. When you are the camera man you can use that with a different mounting arm to extend to the back of the camera mounting from the top, directly behind the camera to line up your shots better. Once you get used to what you can do with that monitor and the rig you got you will be very pleased with both purchases. I have been using both for years and they are so worth the money.
I have all of my items connected to a smart plug so I kill all power to my gear when not in use. I use the monitor with a wall plug but still have it without any power while not in use.
I followed a build plan from another RUclipsr that fits the Atem Mini Pro switcher and the FeelWorld 4K Monitor. The case bringspower in from the back of the case to inside and splits off to 2 switches that power the switcher and the monitor separately. It's pretty cool
Just bought this monitor and set it up. Need some advice. I’m using a Sony ax33. I shoot baseball games and cheer competition at 4K 60 frames per second. When i connect the unit it says cannot be used with 4K input. I change my Sony to 1080i and it works. Without 4K imput its useless? Is there a work around or is it useless?
Can you please tell me how I can activate the option in the menu to show information about the camera display (about the recording, whether it is running and about the battery and SD card capacity)? It is displayed for one second and then goes out
could you slap one of these on to a canon 6d mark ii so you could monitor before going out of this monitor into the atem mini pro iso? cause when i put an hdmi into my canon bodies i have no screen on camera to see what i am shooting!!

I suspect you will be pleased with it and it will further your career in many ways! The interchangeable lenses will make it very versatile!

Might be a good idea to take the battery out of the monitor when you aren't using it. That little red light will continue to drain the battery. ;)

Can you confirm the camera is actually outputting at 4K?
@@AJaytheCEO I have the setting to 4K. It displays on screen as 4K. When I upload to RUclips it gets to 4K.

Yes. This is how I was using it originally with my BMPCC4K which then feed into my ATEM Mini Pro

How do I get the picture to display on both the camera and the feel world monitor?
What is your setup? THat fieldworld has a pass through so I run my camera to the monitor then to my other device and it works fine for me
