4th point- you need to know htf institutional orderflow
In 1st example order flow on weekly was bearish that's why going short was high probability
2nd example weekly order flow was bullish price was just sweeping sell side liqudity so going long was high probability
And just combine all the point you will see the result

Great video. Next video you make could be about identifying old highs/lows to know when to take that long or short after liquidity is taken. For instance, at 1 min in the vid the swing high is taken out with displacement however that first swing high wasnt the old high and was just an intermediate hence why you wouldn’t take the long

I’m a big fan, and would suggest in addition to your exposition, adding some basic mechanical steps. If you look over your transcript you’ll probably find many more subjective actions and thoughts than is ideal. This video did not answer the questions of “How to know…?” Which is an objective statement. ICT teaches that liquidity draws go to either buy side / sell side or imbalances (FVGs). I think you did a great job discussing why the market was “likely” to move towards wherever, but did not discuss objective ways to “know,” especially on any of the lower time frames which is where most trades would actually happen. “Knowing how” is much different than knowing why. Just some feedback …

Is that method actually applicable on forex? It sounds as a stupid question and a lot of people would say “yes of course it is applicable”, but is it really true? ICT has been trading features for decades and I feel like many people have switched from forex to features as well. What’s your opinion about it, and do you trade forex?
