An absolute classic from Judie, from an incredible album.Still making beautiful music & giving fantastic live performances.Judie's a national treasure.❤️
286/5000 Fantastic song by Judie Tzuke. Full of passion! Once I went with my car to a party 200 kilometers (and back), and all I had with me was a self-made cassette tape with music by Judie. That was 30 years ago, and I still remember them by heart.
I have never heard of her, which is the proof of many comments here that she is under-rated. Suffice to say that I have fallen in love with this voice!
In 1980 I waited in a very long queue for 3 days to get"Fleetwood Mac"tickets. Even though I was 8th in that queue it took ages to get served at Festival Hall in Brisbane,Australia. After receiving the tickets I climbed into my Mazda RX-3 & proceeded home on the northside of Brissy. Just as I gained access to the Breakfast Creek Bridge, adjacent to the same name hotel a large black limousine attempted to do a right hand turn directly in front of me. My lane, closest to the median line, had stopped however the other lane heading in the same direction had not subsequently halting the limo. Through the heavily tinted window of the limos rear seat I saw a great male head of black hair & an unrecognisable face. Tired & a little annoyed I thought who the hell is this? A second later a second face appeared beside the first. This time you automatically knew this was a females head. The female turned towards me & also had a head of blonde, mussed up hair. This females face saw me & burst into an apologetic smile due to the limo blocking my path. Her smile knocked me into a stunned mullet state. With the patented, absolutely to die for overbite, there was no mistaking Judy Tzuke as being the female passenger.! She signed her apology with her face & hand gestures. What an absolutely astonishing event. Only a short time before I had seen Ms. Tzuke on Countdown & even being a guy fell in love with that haunting love song "Stay With Me Till Dawn."She was apparently visiting here to see if a tour might be viable.
On a personal note: I'd more or less switched off from pop/rock etc in early '77 - as punk rock and disco traduced all before them. However a handful of artists were so brilliant, I was given a bit of renewed faith in the genre. Thank-you Judie and Mike for the beauty of your work in the early 80's.
Paul Muggleton .. Judie's partner .. writes many of her songs and produces her albums ... a brilliant artist in his own right .... I've never understood why they've never done a duet on one of her albums.
30 years later I can still sing the whole lyrics by heart. Should have been as famous as Stay With Me Till Dawn.
What a beautiful song. Thankyou Judie Tzuke. & your crew at the time.
Judie for Queen of England...absolutely superb then and now
Ooh man, just puts me in a trance!😌.....
Judie makes this planet a better place for simply being here ! Wonderful artist . Her albums always range from good to superb.
If she would just be there somewhere and doing Nothing, than this planet would be even Worse place than it already Is !!! ! !!!
This is her very best song. Not till dawn.... This is it. Period.
Good but certainly NOT her best!
Beautiful ❤
Brilliant as ever!!!
Absolutely stunning, loved it when I was a lad, still play it in my car 30 years plus on...
This is definitely in my top five of Judie's songs. Mesmerising. Shows that you don't even need to have proper sing along choruses to create a gem.

i've been in love with this women for so many years. Both her Voice and her looks.
She should be so much more recognised and acclaimed than she is - a huge talent.
Talented, Yes, But sadly, the lyrics/messages that she sings, are tooo Dumb to be a success .
beautiful then, beautiful now..High Priestess of rock
Always one of my all time favorite songs, beautifully played by the band and voice of an angel X

This single was my first Judie Tzuke experience. Now enjoying Bent Knee especially "Shiny Eyed Babies".
Thank you, Judie. Your songs (especially this one) really take me back to good times 35 years ago! More than any other artist.
She must be one of Britian'smost underrated artists. I have been a fan for over thirty years.
Not really, because she is singing some dumb lyrics/songs which don't match to her talented singing . That's the problem.

Angelic voice.Mesmerising.
Another fantastic under rated written classic song. Thank you Judie for bringing beauty into this world...
Amazing voice & song! What a beauty, too!
Had totally forgotten this beautiful song - but how could I? Just listened to her MySpace songs, and her voice is still great.

This womas songs often cause the eyes of this hrown man to spontaneously leak.
Letting me know I am still alive.
A great song from the past. Excellent photo package in the video. Cheers.

Very nice
Wow, I'm faving this : )
Me and my friend used to request this on Dubai radio for each other in 1980 or 81 HiJacqui Fenner if you are out there?
thanks mrs myers =judie forever!
or Mrs Muggleton ? :-)
Wonderful song/vocal, even if the piano echoes the Isley's 3+3 track "Highways Of My Life" ... : )
@1:04-Please drop it, Judie, please? I would die so happy.
saw her back in the eighties at Ipswich regent, don't make em like this anymore.
Bollocks. Judy's voice was as original then as say Hannah Reid's is today.
Once again, scrolling down the comments, we ask yourselves: where's Ray Almsguest when you need him?
(which albumn?)
Sports Car 1980
beter dan dit komt het toch niet of wel?
Hmm, let me see, Madonna or Judie Tzuke? Well I've obviously no musical taste - vive La Jude!
Male BV sounds like Andy Gibb.. imagine how much more succesful it would have been if they wouldve had Andy sing on this..
Paul Muggleton .. Judie's partner .. writes many of her songs and produces her albums ... a brilliant artist in his own right .... I've never understood why they've never done a duet on one of her albums.
