I wish they gave us the ability to customize our water's color like choosing Murkey black to tropical turquoise water, and red brown or white cliffs....... We can make custom items but we cant choose our custom walking paths sounds or truly customizing our islands.... And what i would do to have moss as an option growing on the inclines...... I love her green custom swampy water with lily pads, the in game rivers and ponds wouldn't do it justice.

Yeah same, though I also want to point out the problem of the ocean around our island? Is that going to be the same colour as the ponds and rivers (which are connected to the ocean). I feel like the ocean being lumpy-green colour would look quite funky and at some points really really weird & outplaced.

Red/pink as an accent color for green actually makes a lot of sense if you know anything about color theory. They're opposite on the color wheel and opposite colors on the color wheel will always "pop" the most. This island creator is definitely an artist!

This is my new favorite island, I love how they used the tire toys to make it look like everything's floating. It's so cool. ^^
The ruins reminds me of a ruined temple in world of warcraft game located in a place called the swamp of sorrows. It perfectly looks like it even the jungle culture carvings in the stone.

These type of islands make me wanna cry (not literally) like I’m creative and have loads of ideas for islands but whenever I try to create my vision it never works out and is never on this type of level. I envy so much
the flooring is the ship plank flooring! you can get it at nook's cranny i believe :)

Where she had put the tires and the log stakes, you can see the added shadows in the custom paths, such a good detail. I just started playing again this past week and I haven’t watched really anything the past year. The modding people have been doing is insane, but good old beautiful builds like this are ALWAYS superior. This creativity is BEYOND me❤

I feel like so often we think of swamps of having to be dark and dreary but this swamp looks so lively and cozy.
6:37 freaked me out so much because it's SO SIMILAR to what I've done with that room in my own house. It's my flower/creature room with the same flooring and walls and hanging vines lol.

What I really like about the use of the path pattern in this island is how well the creator did this. Like it tricks our eyes/mind to make us think that it really is a swamp and that you could swim in it. That is until you walk on it lol

Finally finishing your island, starting to like the hard work you did and the aesthetic you chose and everything and then seeing videos and islands like this and in no time you hate every build you’ve ever made cause this is probably the most creative and beautiful island I’ve ever seen.

One of the first things I noticed was a custom path made specifically for the log stakes and that blew my mind! How creative! You can see it as part of the entrance but it’s so subtle.

I think so… you obtain them from working. Im not sure exactly though. You could try a free treasure island, theres lots on discord and usually have these items that should work!

This Froggy Swamp Core had a wonderfully creative aesthetic. The froggy swamp-core/ rustic and overgrown lost ancient city stayed consistent throughout the island. The color scheme of red and green complimentary colors on the exteriors as well as interiors worked beautifully. It is an island I have frequented on several occasions. The flooring is that ship deck flooring, but they just put a rug in the middle where the drain is :)

The flooring in the bedroom and main room of the house is the ship deck flooring!! It’s super pretty but it’s got a big grate/drain thing in the middle so you have to cover it up somehow
I wish that paths didn’t or had the option not to cause regular ground things from happening. I wanna do full blown pink cherry blossom leaves but I also things to grow on it and still have holes to dig etc. as well as making it to where when I click “y” while on a path it no longer kicks away the path bc it’s super annoying having to put it back - it usually happens when I’m trying to pick things up

this reminds me so much of south korea, especially the lower end apartment areas with the rooftops for some evening dining - kind of a swampy game-esq mashup of something korean and overall east asian and i love it all soooo much. they did such an amazing job!!
