hi! some of the merch gets sold out really fast so if you want the popular items you have to be at the venue at the time when they start sales! but they also have a pickup option, you can order the merch through the weverse app (you have to be within a certain radius of the venue) and choose to pickup the items later. hope this helps!!
im gonna assume u’re asking for japan concerts here hehe but if u have a premium ticket then yes, they do check ur id against the name on ur ticket! but for regular tickets they check randomly! i didnt get checked but i did see a few others being asked by staff to show their id 😁
