You have to get it from the chest at the end of the echoes activity.

Attrition is actually really nice on an auto!!! But yeah the hand cannon is spicy XD and retro its pure rng in the seasonal content, or you can do the season quests and eventually get one!!!

Posterity is way better imo, it can roll frenzy/volt shot and origin trait is nutty, hits gives you ability energy which pairs very well with voltshot
