I am so glad you have explained why you sold your home. I remember looking forward to each video of the build, so I was shocked as well. But you are all young and adventurous, so I can understand this completely. I moved a lot through my years and have enjoyed exploring new places. Try and get to Noosa (2 hours drive north of Brisbane) for a few nights if you can. You'd all love the National Park walk (coast track to Hell's Gate) and swimming at Little Cove. It's beautiful :)
It would have been enough to just say you wanted to live somewhere warmer, but I'm blown away by the flexibility to turn on a dime. Passing that skill set down to the kids will serve them well as it has so many generations of humans. 👍
Tangalooma on Moreton Bay in Brisbane is a great place to feed wild dolphins. They have been coming in for dinner at the same spot for decades.

I loved catching up with you two in this video! I totally get what you said about your "forever" home, I bought one a similar time as you did and I loved watching your videos because we were renovating it as you were building and don't get me wrong I absolutely love it but it definitely surprised me how I felt after it was all done, not what I was expecting at all. Glad you're doing well though and loving it in Australia! Congratulations on the new product too!
I reckon I lost at least 200 lens caps over my 42 years as a shooter. How dare you invent this after I retire.

I just enjoy you guys so much. Can you even believe, I found you through PINTEREST 3 years ago and have been a subscriber ever since! You make documenting (and choosing) family make so much sense. It goes without saying that not everyone gets to have these experiences or do these things, BUT I'm glad YOU DO! This couldn't happen to more wonderful people.
