I love my Milano. I ride mine in all weather due to work and I agree the amount of ordinary people think it's a classic. Cannot wait the change the back light
Apart from ice and snow I ride all year round. Learning how to look after your bike can save serious money. I was recently quoted £600 labour costs alone to swap out a worn gear and swingarm on my Zoomer after an MOT failure. A few RUclips videos and some helpful online advice later and I’m in the process of doing it myself. Hope to be back on the road (assuming Covid allows me to book a re-MOT) by end of November 👍👍
I use to own of these scooters. They may be made in China but they're fun to ride and they have that eye catching retro look. Unfortunately Lexmoto don't make them anymore. AJS offer the Modena which is identical in looks but I don't know if it uses the GY6 engine?
There's also a Lexmoto Michigan owners UK group, but that one is a closed group, it can be found with a search and ask to join if you have a Michigan. I'm an all year round rider, but also a giant wimp so if it's heaving down I'll do it tomorrow.
@@RevBombUK lust bought a 2020 lexmoto milano 125 with 120 mls on clock .Dealer states warranty void due to change of owner. This cannot be righ the scooter is under manufacturers warranty not the owner Glenn (yorki)
I find it annoying that after all the years of the Milano being produced Lexmoto don’t fit a back rack that is fit for purpose. It will break if you carry a back box even if you use it to store helmet when parked let alone use it for something useful like carrying luggage. Owners are well aware of this so surely dealers are and should put pressure on suppliers. Lets down a scooter that runs well, particularly with lighter rollers
There is a new retro coming but not till the end of the year, this was one of our best selling retro scooters but euro 5 killed bloody brussels and their euro laws !

@@RevBombUK argh I was looking at buying one, does this mean the parts will be hard to obtain? , are the parts expensive for the Lexmoto Milano?
@@markdavies1473 parts easy to get but still plenty about 2nd hand
