I don't like how asian cook goat meat.....smelly goat...the goat meat should get soak in lime or lemon juice for few hours before cooking so the musky smells goes away.
Yes, it still smells like armpits when you bit into the meat....sheep is even worse...the African knows how to kill goat smells...I tasted the Niagarian goat soup recipe it does not have any smell at all...check them on youtube
