hangul is very easy to write/read itself but when it comes to pronunciation omg, my brain cells die trying to catch up edit: 2 years later and I’m still getting comments under mine. wow 😂 I’ve actually give up on learning Korean a few months after this comment cause I didn’t have the right mindset to do so but now I’m considering trying to learn again. I am pleased with the simplicity, clarity and anticipating learning process that the teacher has made possible in this video. I notice the differences between consonants, vowels, the length and enhance on every of them that you cannot get lost. I dont think that feeling goes away very easily lol I've been learning for about 5 years and I still experience the feeling you describe. Especially as you get accustomed to hearing correct pronunciation, your muscle memory might sound off still. It's frustrating lol

as someone whos first language is english, i feel like pronounciation can be hard for us, this helped me cut it down to each sound and put them together! its how i started trying to speak german!! edit: this helped me so much with pronounciation

Yung ginagawa ko dati sinusulat ko yung lyrics ng isang song (in hangul) then sinasanay kong magbasa in hangul kahit mabagal. Im vietnamese and I spent my childhood in Vietnam leaning English and am now very good at it. I want to remember how I was able to learn and adapt to the English language so I can use the same techniques to learn Korean, but I realized that I was born in a alphabet based country, so at least I did not have to learn "A B C D E", Korean is like an alien language to me now.....
I've always made the joke that I want to learn enough languages that I don't need English, cuz I think English is stupid and boring haha. The more I learn about other languages and cultures, the more I understand why English is so difficult!

Why not learn Japanese? The alphabet structure is exactly the same but with 3 writing formats instead of just Hanja-Hangeul, Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji.
The way learning is processed in Seemile is really good and because their pronounciations are soft, slow & clear , it's easier and right way to understand. I am learning Korean simply due to curiosity (also for EXO and my dream destination for settlement is Korea) but now I really admire the language. Thanks to the teachers... Kamsahamnida!!😇😇

Hindi Speakers (Indians) find it very easy. The pronunciation is exactly similar to my language except for a few letters.

Malapit na mag 4 years ngayon. Actually, sa simula lang mahirap kailangan lang talaga ng practice. Yung ginagawa ko dati sinusulat ko yung lyrics ng isang song (in hangul) then sinasanay kong magbasa in hangul kahit mabagal. Then try mong sabayan yung song na hindi ka masyado familiar pero yung lyrics dapat hangul. I hope this can help 한국어 조금어려웠지만재밌어요~ 화이팅~

Im vietnamese and I spent my childhood in Vietnam leaning English and am now very good at it. I want to remember how I was able to learn and adapt to the English language so I can use the same techniques to learn Korean, but I realized that I was born in a alphabet based country, so at least I did not have to learn "A B C D E", Korean is like an alien language to me now.....

Well, I mean, do you speak Korean?
Why not learn Japanese? The alphabet structure is exactly the same but with 3 writing formats instead of just Hanja-Hangeul, Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji.
Don't feed the hatred and resentment of history, that just adds fuel to the fire or opening wounds and adding salt to it.

The way learning is processed in Seemile is really good and because their pronounciations are soft, slow & clear , it's easier and right way to understand.
