I have a few questions about the es 50/200x panels. Is it true that these panels have issues with heat detector settings?, can you fully program it through the keypad?, and did you run across any issues while programming it? Thanks.
Hey Caleb, I use the FS-TOOLS software to program Fire-Lite panels. I never had any issues regarding heat detectors. In the software, you are able to select what type of heat it is. Whether it’s a regular heat or a high temp. The heads are different, so the panel needs to know what heat detectors are doing what.
Don’t really care about the wiring in the attic since it’s a temporary set up. Of course people can do better than that yet there are people in the industry who don’t take pride in their work. There are people on RUclips who’s wiring is atrocious but I give them credit for trying to learn.
What a nice looking panel, I think the best part of the look for it is that it hides the exposed transformer.
Glad your enjoying the panel 😊
Thanks man
Never seen that panel before. Love those L series devices👍
Its the newer Firelite panels
ES-50/200X
They came out in 2014
It’s so amazing to see you use something other than Silent Knight or Simplex for once dork

@@Dredpath1 anytime
Is that panel able to be connected to a network? I have seen in the documentation that it does have tcp/ip support.
This panel is not networkable
You can set it as a CO alarm tho
You can only do that if you have an addressable FIRE-CO detector
Great system, however
the wiring in the attic is to be desired but still.
