This performance put a smile on a lot of faces. it is not yet perfect, raw, unrefined, but enough to satisfy the composer's intent. my salute to these Bulilits, Micko Angelo, Justine Mae, Jaharra Anne, Viola Cestina. It was not blind chance that deprived you of the honor and recognition that should have been yours. it was the unwillingness of others to give to you what you deserve.

Hi sir Lester! This song keeps haunting me.. Still a rough interpretation after just a week of rehearsals. So sad this group was actually deprived of competing for this years Himig Bulilit. The rare opportunity of competing at the national level was taken away from them.. A mistake that could and should have been corrected...
We were at the Nationals Himig Bulilit exhibition last year at CDO. Thank you! for your positive and empowering comments for these bulilits from region 8, Leyte..

Jury were music teachers. They were ok.. our unique case is one where the Technical working group changed the previously agreed contest piece, and that information not reaching us, because we were not members of the group chat where the information was sent.
