    This looks great! Can you eat them after steaming without frying?

      Yes! It’s fully cooked after you steam. If you don’t want to fry it, you can enjoy it steam. Dip it with a bit of soy sauce, it will bring the rolls to the next level! 💕

    Very nice! Can this recipe be fried directly without steaming?

      The steaming part is to help the tofu tighten up and cook all the way through as frying bean curd is a fast process. If you fried directly without steaming, the stuffed tofu might not be able to get fully cooked in the inside and might turn sour. Thanks for watching my video!💕
