I filed and was accepted on the 29th but I have actc and eitc.... im praying for my transcript to update this Friday the 16th and wmr to update to approved on the 17th so i can get a refund date around the 21st-26th. My car broke down in October and I have been carless with a toddler and infant since- i need my refund! Lol
Yeah looks like more people out here struggling I honestly usually ain't even waiting like this on a check , it's never even a thought at least with me that it won't go through it's our money we worked for why wouldnt we but this time around 😮 it's putting me through the ringer for real, from what I see the dates look correct to me at least I've seen people from whatever to the 25th 26th say there checks posting on the 20th , my identity was verified on a Video call so I'm hoping that's enough 🤔

I forgot to file 1 w-2, which was only for like $300. should it be a big deal? is it a bad thing if I let them keep 20 dollars? lol. i filed beginning of feb and still haven't been accepted. shame
I got accepted on feb8 and still shows not processed in the irs transcripts and on where’s my refund it’s still in refund received first bar it’s been well over 21 days and nothing I only received my state but not my federal
Based on what we’ve see in past years, your file date usually will start processing and you should see updates this week. thecollegeinvestor.com/45127/path-act-tax-refund-dates/
If you were in a lucky test batch before the 18th, you get your refund a little earlier than the first date. But a lot people file early but your tax software never transmits to the IRS until it opens.
You’ll get audited smh just amend like thecollegeinvestor said. You won’t need to pay 1000s like the others say. Why didn’t you guys amend? 😂 smh you haddd a chancccce!
This happened to me last year I literally got 1 paycheck from that job for $508 with 0 tax liability they would've owed me $ and I thought nothing of it bc it was only $508 so I shoved it in a drawer somewhere and then had my son in March and now I need to file an amended return for last year's taxes but i don't have the w-2 or my ex employer ein to file based off their reported wages... how do I get that information so I can ammend my 2022 return?!

Were not expecting many PATH refunds until the end of Feb or early March. And remember, 2/19 is also a federal holiday.

Were you on PATH? Did you have EITC or ACTC? If so, given your filed when you did, you’re likely not getting it until next week.
Yes I was in path act I believe and I do have the ACTC but is it normal that there’s no transcripts for my 2023 it just says not processed

You need to re-file or amend your tax return asap.
You pay thousands the next year. Happened to me once.
You have up to three years to file a return.
