Works fine if you put it on correctly. Installed and my dogs coming in and out they haven't budged. Installed on fireplace rug also as it was destroying my hardwood from moving around and the ruggies have kept it in place.

Does 2 sided masking tape work?

Looks like they'll have to invent a Ruggies that you can sew into your rug so it will stay on your carpet. That, or some high powered glue. If there was a way to sew the Ruggies into each corner I'd consider getting them, looks like they work good (area rug to carpet) if they could just stay on the area rug.

did you guys use the given extra stickers? They can be used if the rbber ruggies do not stick to the carpet. It solves the problem!

Did you watch the whole video? They covered that and it still didn't work. Only one other person in the comments here besides yourself seems to have had success with them. This has me thinking that they may only work well on specific types of rugs, which means this is a poor product overall. The problem can't be that people are using it wrong because it's far too simple. You literally just stick them on the bottom corners of your rug and press the corners down into the carpet.

or glue the the triangle to the rug but wait for glue to dry and hold to carpet but it will be permanently on that pacific rug

There is an additional 4 corners of backing with adhesive to stick direcltly to the underside of the carpte which in turn stick really well to the jelly thing. This wasn't applied correctly, therefore her review is incorrect. See I went and watched a review on youtube before I tried to apply them and they are working perfectly . ruclips.net/video/KhlwJm17kT4/видео.html

I tried that product and its absolutely crap! And also leave a very sticky floor that wont even stick to the rugs when you remove them!
I found a better and permanent way!
Get a silicon gun and tube of rubber Sicilian but ensure it is rubber based.
squeeze a thick line all around the edges under rug and a few blobs around it and in the centre.
Let it dry over night and there you have it a permanent non slip mat or rug!.

I've tried the silicon on several throw rugs and it DOES NOT work!

@@felishajefferson4733 I used to use them with no issues whatsoever and the fact you have kids is irrelevant as they wouldn't come into contact with the tacs.
