Chef Charlie’s life changed forever when he suffered a stroke that permanently impaired his vision. He has been a chef at Moe Joe's restaurant in Plainfield, IL for many years and has always been passionate about his work and serving the community. After being diagnosed as visually impaired, he was distraught and thought he would have to abandon his career. Though, when he discovered IrisVision, his life changed again! It restored his independence and gave him the tools he needed to continue his passion!
