Great idea and having Lisa as your first guest is genius. If I may offer some advice, though, I'd say take care of the sound. Sometimes it's hard to hear. I'd love to see Charlotte Tilbury, Pixi Woo, Michelle Phan, Niomi Smart,Sophie Uliano...basically, a wide range of styles, ages, make up and beauty philosophies, wide range of products (price points, natural/organic, editorial and wearable, etc. Congratulations Fleur! Perfect start to what will surely be a wonderful series! I love Lisa, she's one of the great makeup artists of our time and the fact that she makes RUclips videos was so surprising to me when I first found out. I've been following her channel for years now. Her knowledge of and respect for the history of makeup is one of my favorite things about her.
Great idea for a series! I really enjoyed this one with Lisa. Would it be possible to use individual clip/lapel mics with your guests in the future, though? The mic on the camera makes the sound seem a bit far away and echo-y.
Agree with all the sound quality comments. I also think on the second camera (that is only on Lisa's face) the frame rate should have been the same as your main camera. It would be even better if they were the same camera, it would make it really seamless. BUT i really loved this! I wish it went on longer!
This is a great idea, Fleur! Might try a different setup or to add mics in there...sometimes it's hard to hear, and also might be good to turn a bit more toward the camera, just a bit, so you're still having a conversation with each other, but we can see you better too :)

Absolutely love the idea of this series and I couldn't imagine a better person to interview than Lisa. I love how casual the interview was and also the setup in your apartment. I'm hoping you will interview Charlotte Tilbury in the future, I just love the way she carries herself. The only minor thing I would change is investing in individual mics, since at times the microphone would pick up on the noise outside the apartment. Can't wait to see who you interview next!

Only production notes I'd make (and this is to encourage you not to critique because your videos are awesome and as someone who has worked in film I want to support and encourage) are that sound was a bit echoey and picking up a lot of traffic and the mirror behind you is distracting as you can see movement reflected in it and it draws the eye. choosing a different angle to film might help in future so mic isn't directed toward the window Other than the above I want to say what an incredible, intelligent, well conducted interview this was. it's definitely one I will watch a few times more as I really enjoyed the content. Really excited for this series, such a great idea. Lisa is such an inspirational woman. I would say though, maybe practice having conversations on film. At times you seem a little uncomfortable and unsure of where to talk/let the other person speak.. Even practising on Mike might help! (I've had to interview people myself and I recognise some of my initial behaviour in you, and practice helps a lot, this isn't a dig! It's not as easy as it seems). This could be fantastic with the guests you have access to, just with some small tweaks such as a mic set up :)
