The FBI is an international law enforcement agency with offices almost everywhere, don't be fooled by the fact that they were established in the USA.
Without a single word, Just For Laugh videos never fail to make my day. When a I was a child, I used to watch them on Disney Channel. And now, even though I'm a sophomore, I still watch there videos. Old but gold, their pranks are always ahead of the time and very funny.

Difficult to tell how much of this is fake. The way the FBI pretenders showed the FBI card to the camera (1:20) instead of the police or their girlfriends shows there were a few cuts and retakes to make it more appealing to the viewer.

A double prank, after buddy takes off they let her in on it and she arrests him for impersonating a FBI agent. We lose the first one, which was hilarious, but him trying to explain how these people in Uniform just told him to do all this.... and of course while that is going on they disappear into a sewer or some vehicle passing by so they are not even there anymore.....

They use a mix of random people on the street and actors. Sometimes it’s hard to get enough ransoms, of the prank actually doesn’t work well with them. That’s also why some people are fooled in more than one prank....
