I think some forget that college is NOT just about football. If I’m correct, Kaleb is majoring in engineering and rocking a 4.0 GPA “I think”. At any rate, he and his family are scholars. That’s something we don’t discuss and I think we should bring that into play because everyone is NOT going to pro. Furthermore, the education aspect is the main reason for any college student.
Another thing to point out is that he’s at an awesome university. It’s a prestigious university with much to offer and everyone does not have that opportunity to attend such a university..
I personally believe that he would be doing a disservice to himself if he left even if he decides not to play ball.

Kaleb knows the NFL is a long shot for him. So he's actually in a good position. He is able to get a free education, plus collect a check he doesnt need to use, plus he travels and can play special team and practice. Plus if hes trying to be a GM, he can build relationship and learn the game just by keeping himself in position. Smart move by Kaleb

Kaleb is 💯 going to stay in CU, and grind for a spot. Coach Prime has said many a times that "Ultimately it doesn't matter how many Stars you have as a Recruit, it matters how much of a Dawg you have in you." Like his father Coach Mathis, Kaleb has aspirations to go Pro, but he's also said that if it doesn't work out he would like to be behind the scenes in a Mgt. or Coaching situation like his Dad. With Coach Prime pretty much being his Uncle, and with his father's reach in Dallas, and now in Colorado that's most likely Kaleb's path

Jimmy Horn is not that big and tall, wes welker is not that fast, Kaleb was 3 Star coming out of high school. The problem is that CP was padding Shaduer’s stats by throwing the long ball. Hopefully now that Shaduer is gone, the offense scheme will change to ball control and Time-of-Possession, instead of “Hero Ball.” That way, a route runner like Kaleb will be more integrated in the offense
