@HDL Snap if you have a microsoft account just reset your password on account.microsoft.com/account?lang=en-hk than click sign in than type your microsoft email address and than click reset password than choose the first or second method to recive a security code and than after you chose for it to give it your inbox for you to use or for it to text you the code directly than put the security code and than it will allow you to change the password, it will want a new password to be made. the password reset doesn't allways work, i had to use the microsoft website to reset my microsoft password.
