Yes, it felt rather cold and unappealing to start with but you soon generate a bit of heat when you get going and it really does feel great to get out again! I’m sure the neighbours think I am a mad woman, out in all weathers and talking to myself! Happy gardening Jenny x
I would just keep it in a cold greenhouse, if you haven’t got a greenhouse and it’s a perennial grass that’s hardy then it will be fine outside in a sheltered spot. Plant it in early spring and cut it back at the time of planting (assuming it’s a deciduous grass). Hope that helps Jenny

We have 2 potted grasses to plant in spring where should I keep them

They look like they are dying off in the small pots do they do this in winter
Yes, that’s fine, they will get fresh new growth in the spring.
