I remember playing GTA2 on my Dreamcast when I was a kid, I couldn't switch to other radio stations and my mother used to always make fun of the crazy girl speaking. I wish GTA2 had longer radios, really. They're so fun to listen to.
The radio is broken in the Dreamcast version, and the stations reset every time you get into the car (instead of playing through continuously). That's why you always heard that lady screaming.
In my Dreamcast version, I jumped in and out of the car repeatedly to get Funami. Another station should have looped forever if you got out and back in. You did not miss much tho, Funami was the one to go with.
