Hey Matt! If you want to know how good any of the Ranma Ubers are, pretty sure Xskull or Siluman reborn has made a tier list about them. They’re pretty much where I go to get info about new units/TFs/Talents
Tldr: mousse is decent LD generalist, Akane is a solid generalist, shampoo is meh, ranma is not bad but outclassed, leotard is alright if you don’t have a better anti surge unit (like kasli or lasvoss or jagando)

I got genma saotome first try from a rare ticket which helped a lot for early game, and for my first 11 draw I got shampoo which didn't help that much and I got Ranma saotome leotard which was really cool, then again I could've gotten zues or hades but anime works I guess
