- In a tragic incident in North East India, unknown armed miscreants attacked a joint team of CRPF and State Police in Jiribam, Manipur. The attack occurred around 9:40 am on Sunday, resulting in the death of one CRPF jawan and injuries to three others. The joint operation involved the 20 Battalion CRPF and Jiribam District Police. The team was ambushed during their operation, leading to this unfortunate event. Further details are awaited as investigations continue.
