I think this might be the cats/dogs era all over again. But after that AJ started releasing really good animals so I honestly think the game comes and goes in cycles
Personality I like reskins it gives new gamers a chance to play as old animals and as someone who lost there older account I found it super helpful and it puts the animal in a new light and let’s aj work on bigger and better stuff
You just perfectly described how I feel!!! I lost my old account with my red panda on it, but the snowy red panda gave me a chance to get something similar back!!
I wae happy about the first 3 reskins on AJ Classic, Spring bunny, Snowflake arctic wolf and Polar arctic fox but after all those they started getting ridiculous
Tbh I think there working on a big update like underwater I understand why there adding all of these reskins and stuff is developing is expensive and some of the devs might not make enough, most of the industry for game creation relies mostly on passion there probably either doing this for huge updates or there running out of money I love how you understand that and kinda defend them
People should think of it this way, Reskins mean a Huge thing in the future it took AJ four months of reskins to make a new part of the map and a new animal
I’ll completely forgive the multiple reskins in a row if they introduce something great in the future. Those portals in Crystallis look like they could be for adventures. I miss those from classic.
I hated the sunset Siamese personally, because I spent money on the cat pride pack but ofc I bought it because I want all the animals, but one day I accidentally clicked “BUY NOW” and now I have 2 sunset Siamese cats I don’t even like + the set which doesn’t even look that good (in my opinion)!! I think they should bring reskins for example, if they added a valentine sheep reskin for 180 they could have it for 250 to buy the original and the reskin! And heck they could even make it a member perk, they could also pick an animal the public would wanna see back in!
Something I feel that is probably even more lazier yet will make the community happier is just.. Bringing back old animals for the same 150 *well now 180* price, not only will it make players happier, it is a better way to not seem AS scummy, as well, the reskins make it more difficult for coloring and such, however, they probably won’t go with this as they are just releasing them through bundles, yaaay,, again, as always, great video!! I know I say this everytime, but it is true! your voice is pleasing enough and makes the space im in feel more fufilled (i cant withstand drawing in silence,,)!! **oh yeah and erm uhh they need a anteater reskin. id trade my soul for one. i already miss them.** oh yeah kharis the best, hes the anteater, hes cool,,

Tbh im not rlly that picky with like anything in the game believe it or not. I dont rlly mind reskins, I just saw it as another animal to buy lol. I personally like the reskins, one of my favorites is the autmn coyote effect, and I really wish I was able to get that one. I think reskins make the animal have more personality or let them have more design choices, so I dont really mind them that much. I would appreciate more new animals tho

my opinions are this, from a players POV i dont really like like it, not like they look TOOOOOO bad but i very much so dislike how repetitive they have been lately even though i dont play out of my free time i still love & care abt the community. but, from a sellers POV its nice, allows your workers a "break" and more time to make a new animal, design, model, texture, rigs, ect instead of a whole new thing each month, its quick and easy (also helps players who missed out on the originial animal) but i love your point of just re-release animals, i mean, which one would you prefer, spooky hyena or OG hyena??
Reskins are great, but personally I don’t like how they’re replacing new animals. I understand why wildworks is doing that, but it’s making me less excited for the monthly updates and I have been playing ajpw much less ever since they started being added :/
