I rarely comment on anything, but i want to this time. As a WOMEN, i would NOT have waited 7yrs to have said something. If i had been a rape victim i dont think i would have been able to move on with my life, nor possibly been able to be in a sexual relationship with another man. Obviously she has right? She had a fiance and im sure she moved on with all i said. Makes me wonder if she somehow knows the lawyer ? 🤔 and another thing why would i want money ? How is that going to fix the issue, how will that help me move on from such an attack? Some women just have no morals or standards, not all of us women are like that though. The moment you have physical contact with a female who is any sort of inebriated, you have just committed RAP3 according to law. It doesn’t matter if this female is your wife. The law completely forbids any sexual contact with an inebriated person, because they cannot legally give consent.
Dak will not go to prison, or be charged. But he most likely will be paying some amount of money to settle.

Love your takes bro, but this is civil court not criminal court. Lawsuits are not the same thing as trials. A demand letter (aka Hammer Letter) is generally always the first step in a lawsuit. It gives the accused a chance to settle on a payment & avoid the process of court. If proven guilty in court, they pay more than what is requested from the letter.
