Actually that's Liz Rosenberg, Madonna's very long time publicist and she is on almost every major red carpet assisting with direction while Madonna is being photographed. She usually wears a headband with ears or springs with stars or something silly.

I saw a picture of her in this outfit yesterday and I thought, My god, that looks so cool! I didn't even know who it was at first but then I realized: "That's Madonna!" Holy hell she looks effn hot! From the black wig all the way down to those pink velvet hi heels. Riccardo Tisci really knows his job. I've never really been a big Madonna fan but every now and then she has some really great songs. Material Girl, Express Yourself, Ray Of Light. I see her in this outfit and all I can say is, "I just wanna love ya' baby. ;)
