Tip: For Ambush, wait until goes back, get out of the Wardrobe and quickly go back in. If you do this quick enough before Ambush comes back, you'll survive (It resets the timer of being inside of a Wardrobe, so you don't get kicked out). Do this for every time he goes out of the room

here's some tips if you want them!
- Dupe has a sound cue when you are close to the false door, so listen carefully and you should be able to discern the correct door.
- Ambush loops back and forth but has gaps in which you can hop out of your cabinet and hop back in.
- When running from Seek, you usually have enough time to look both ways, so when coming to a split you should quickly glance to see where the Guiding Light (the blue aura) is as it will always be on the correct door

I got another tip for that, you need to remember the door number everytime you go, because the false one has wrong door number

Tip for dealing with The Dupe: While it is a good way to keep track of the door numbers, theres an alternative way to dealing with The Dupe.
If you stand a bit away (don't stand too close to its range where you typically open the doors immediately at) and listen, you might hear subtle quiet growling from the doors that The Dupe resides in. I've been doing this since I discovered I can do it and it has helped prevent hp loss from The Dupe

Here's a tip: When at door 50, be sure to crouch so the figure doesn't feel the vibrations when you're walking normally, remember that he's blind, and thus uses other heightened senses like hearing, and feeling.

You need to pay attention to which room your at to avoid getting duped, also for seek (the chase monster) when you enter each room you really need to quickly look left and right to see which direction has a glowing door.

Tips: For dupe you have to keep track of the room you are in, and for Figure at room 50 it's good to be crouching constantly because he will hear you. Finally, from experience I think that neither Rush nor Ambush can appear while there are eyes in the walls preparing the Seek chase. (You can also right click the lock numbers instead or left click to go -1 instead of +1)

Hey Dawko, just here to say. The Skelton key is used for a secret hallway behind a cabinet in room 60. You have to flip a switch in level 61 and use two lock picks, takes you to a new area
Also it unlocks the herb in the hospital which grants infinite healing.
The Demogorgon looking thing cant see you and relies on sound so you've got to crouch more and not run around so it wont chase you. Hiding in the closet also isn't necessary as much against it because it makes you have to time the heartbeats
I like how everyone treats doors like any horror game as opposed to treating it like a roblox game

For Figure: You need to crouch at the VERY beginning of the door. Figure is blind and cannot see but it relies on sound. The jingle is the books that you need to get for the code
Pro tip: you need to crouch on level 50 so figure doesn’t always chase you
Here are some tips, you're gonna need them:
1. When you see light from another room, turn off your lighter, it saves energy.
2. Always remember what door # you opened in case Dupe shows up.
3. If you get Vitamins, you can use them when running from Seek!
4. Always crouch when you're at Room 50 w/ Figure.

tip for room 50: man, just crouch, the figure (the demogorgon thing) is blind, but has good hearing so ya wanna crouch. (so basically crouching just makes room 50 easier)
Its so upsetting (but also hilarious) watching dawko get continuously angry throughout the videos.
There is a secret door at door 60-ish. You need 2 lockpicks and a skeleton key. You also need to flick the lever in door 61 to open something blocking the way to the secret door. You need to go through a hole in the wall behind a closet and complete a small maze and a find a yellow light that leads to the hidden door. Unlock that door.

Just to let you know, there's a secret entrance to a secret place at door 60. That's what that music was. Not gonna spoil anything else, just look around there.
dawko tip for figure press shift or c to crouch you make less sounds if you don’t we will find you and by the way you press 1 to equip and unuquip items like the paper
Tip with seek:
When you enter the first room, flick your mouse both ways, if there isn't a blue glow on either, than go around the collumn
But he's refuse to say his name.
Just look one way and if theres no light go the other, no need to Conciously check both ways

@@markerthemaskili what? if you check one direction and you see a light, go that way. if you dont see the light just go the other without even checking it properly, if its behind the collumn you will still get to it with no time wasted. checking just one side conciously saves alot of reaction time and might save you if you end up making a mistake somehow.
When you get to door 100, be prepared for evil. More evil than before that is…
Dupe is definitely the best entity. It tests your awareness, your memorization, it synergizes well with other entities that take away your focus like Rush, and it’s just funny watching others get duped.

So about that skeleton Key.
At door 61 your obligated to flip a lever to get to room 62.
HOWEVER. If you flip the lever but return to room 60, a closet has moved and a secret passageway opens up. That's where you need the skeleton key and 2 lock picks.

I've never seen someone so bad at the chase lol... Look both ways before choosing which way to go (it's the blue door), and go where there IS NOT a big gloopy have waiting to grab you and suck you into the underworld. Also for dupe, listen for the monster sound coming from the door (I'm only 11 minutes in so idk if you've figured it out)

Tips for every entity
Rush: Hold a candle to see if it goes out. If it does, Rush is coming. Hide quickly.
Screech: Just…look around, it’s super easy
Ambush: Get out of the wardrobe when it goes back and quickly get back in to reset the timer
Seek: The Guiding Light will lead you to the correct doors
Eyes: Don’t look at them, simple
-Demogorgon- The Figure: Crouch when it comes near to make it stop coming for you
Dupe: Has a sound cue when you approach the fake door
i recommend playing this with friends, it is much easier, also you need to crouch in the library and try and stealthily move around

Honestly though I really loved seeing Dawko's reactions to all the entities. It's pretty fun :)
Dupe tip: if you get close to the fake door but not close enough to open it, you can hear “monster” noises coming from it.
Figure tip: crouch everywhere you go. It’s blind but it can hear you very well if you aren’t crouching.

(I'm currently at a thrift shop while you uploaded this & found a Nightmare Foxy plushie, I hid it on the very back of the shelves hoping nobody would find it & I could buy it next time I visit this shop)
Seek and figure tip: while in chase with seek, go one way while looking the other, that way you ensure that you dont take a wrong turn and get caught. Figure is completely blind but has exceptional hearing. Crouch around instead of walking and dont get too close because it can hear your heartbeat. It also gets faster for every book you picked up
Dupe: check number of the door every time u go thru one. dupe will be either one number more or less than what u should go thru
Screech:if you hear a Shh sound, look around for like 5 seconds, then if u dont find him, go along with ur business since sometimes its a false alarm
Ambush: once he comes back twice, run to the next door. once u hear his audio cue, wait a few seconds then go in closet.
Rush: when lights flicker, hide. 90+, hold a candle when u go through a door:if it flickers, hide
Seek: chase sequence
Figure; always crouch and hide behind sofas. the heart minigame is usually impractical.
hide: if u see words on ur screen edges then get out
when you see the dude in the library you have to crouch the whole time untill you find out the code and the books
tip for seek: LOOK BOTH WAYS on the crossroad rooms, if left or right door aren't glowing is always the one in the back.
tip for figure: CROUCH he can't hear you walking if you're crouching, only stand up and run if you're sure he sense you out, fellow is blind.
here is a note for Ambush:
-The lights dont flicker anymore for Ambush. It now depends on sound. if you hear something that sounds like ambush, wait a bit untill you hear ambush getting closer, hide instantly. once he goes away leave but once you hear him coming back hop back in the closet

Fun Fact: Dupe will make noise when you are near his door so next time you hear that go to the other door.
Tip: For dupe, if you stay near the door you can faintly hear a rumble by the door, which happened many times in this video, so if you hear it near the door, pick the other door.

Hey Dawko!! I wanted to let you know the “Captain Jack” picture is a reference to a Doors RUclipsr, CaptainJackAttack.
Seek: The fire part is always left right left
Hide(or whatever it's name is i dont remember): you don't have to hide in wardrobes to get way from it, you can just crouch away from it but if you get too close to it then it can hear you
Tip: for figure (demegorgon) crouch, he's blind so he uses sound and crouching helps a lot.
theres a BIG secret! If you buy the skeleton key dont use it in the first skull door. Wait until you find door 60. Theres a secret way behind one of the closets, there will be a locked gate. In the next room theres a lever that will unlock both the gate to the next room and the gate in the secret area behind one of the closets. Then you need to go back there and use two lockpicks and one skeleton key to unlock something cool. ( i hope this explanation isnt confusing)
In the Secret you must find a exit or get to room 1000 (the monster spawns at room A-60
A little trick for the dupe is to always keep track of what the last door number was so you know whats next ^^
You can also hear dupe! Get close (not close enough to open the door) and you'll hear some kind of growling noises I guess; just an extra tip if you struggle to remember what the previous door was or something like rush took your attention and you forgot lol

tip: when you come across those black eyes and the room flickers its not because ambush is close its because youre getting close to the running sequence
also when in doing the last bit of the running thing you have to avoid the hands and the fire
and you gotta crouch with the demogorgon thing, he wont know where you are even if hes close

Tip : if you listen very closely to a door, you can hear dupe breathing. That can help if you lost track of your door number.
mega tip: in jeffs shop you can buy a crucifix which you can use to kill enemies, you put it out and click on enemies to do it. though with seek(the black gooey guy where he chases you) it can only stun him
To know if it’s the right door not the “Dupe” entity you here a scraping sound on the door if it’s the rong one.
A Tip to make you feel better, if you have crucifix you can spam the attack button I think right click on Dupes door there’s a cool animation were he gets hit by it and you take no damage.

yo for that demogorgan level, you need to keep crouching because hes blind and can only hear. If you crouch, he cant hear your footsteps. I know it makes you slower, but thats better than getting caught. What I usually do is just crouch for the entire level, but make sure you arent close to him because even when your crouching and hes close to you, he'll still kill you. Oh and also, his name is Figure. And for Ambush (that blue head thingy that has a gaping mouth and gaping eyes), you have to keep going in a closet everytime he comes near you. He comes back and fourth alot and is kinda hard to get past, but aslong as you go in and out of closets, you'll be fine
Tip:for figure dawko the closest are for emergency’s figure is blind but can hear you if you crouch then he can’t hear you the closest are only when he hears you also you can sometimes outrun him if you get 1 book

One thing my brother and I noticed for Dupe is that if you forget which room youre in, the false door will have a breathing/growling noise from behind it. signaling that Dupe is behind it
hey dawko there is this rooms mode in doors now and to unlock it [show more, spoilers]
you have to buy 2 lockpicks at the beggining and a skeleton key from the shop guy, then at room 61 you flip the switch and then go back to room 60, now go behind the 3 wardrobes into the crack in the wall, do the quick labyrinth, and then enter this green glowy room, after that make your way to the end of said room to find the new door, just use the 2 picks you brought from earlier and the skeleton key to unlock it [info on all new rooms entities, dont scroll down if you want to figure all of them out yourself]
a-60: a rush clone, it will emit a slight buzzing when drawing closer so hide in a locker to avoid
a-90: an ambush-like face that pops up on your screen, stop moving completly to avoid
a-200 or a-120 if you know rooms: when entering a room it will make a sound of buzzing similar to a-60, but it only plays in "bits" (youll know what i mean if you get there) acompanied by a sound of something knocking on hollow metal, if any of this happens run back to the previous room and hide until the sounds have stopped and the entity has passed you. If you reach room 1000 you get teleported back to the game, allowing you to beat it if you want, 250+ extra nobs, and a cool badge to show off in public lobbies or just to 100% the game, whatever floats your boat
Dawko, you need to stop walking normally instead of crouching at Door 50. The Figure is blind but it can hear very well, so you need to crouch to avoid it. Also don't get close to it even if you're crouching, it can sense your heartbeat
Hints for the New update:
Crucifix - You can find it anywhere but usually it spawns after door 50 it can kill any Monster but it stuns seek and figure for 10 seconds
Door 90 - 100 - from door 90 it's gonna be dark and there will be traps on the floor, rush will come randomly
Candle- it Shows you when the entity is coming (better to save it for door 90)
Rush: he now can come in dark so be carefull
Skeleton key: it opens skeleton door
Screech can now spawn in Rooms where rush flickered lights
Dupe - Basically keep count of the door
And I think that's it
Tip for Figure (AKA demigorgon): stay crouched. he is sound sensitive so walking normally draws him to you.

There is a secret, you heard that music, that's actually a secret for another 100 doors but the hotel changed its now ''The Rooms'' and its pretty much the same but 2 new monsters, I don't know the other but I know the one called A-60. To get to "The Rooms'' you need 2 lockpicks and 1 skeleton key. then at room 60 there's a secret behind the closet and your going in the tiny maze its not really a maze but in door 61 though it would show you a locked door room again, but when you pull the lever. the room with the locked gate opens but also in door 60 the secret gate opens and then you have to use your 2 lockpicks and skeleton key to unlock then hold to start "The Rooms"

For Dupe you can walk in front of the door but don’t walk all the way up to it, if it doesn’t open from a distance it’s Dupe. For Ambush you have to wait for her to loop back then get out the wardrobe, get back in and repeat that. (Sorry if that didn’t make sense, I have dyslexia so I struggle with putting my thoughts to words)
Seeing this man not be crouching the entire time he’s in the library infuses me with so much rage
Another tip: when the lights flicker and the eyes are on the walls, that doesn’t mean Rush is coming, it just means you’re close to being chased by Seek. Which almost always happens between doors 30-40 and 51-60

Here is a tip for Dupe Dawko, a real door opens at more of a distance while a dupe doesn’t, approach slowly for the safest way.
Bro! The first Seek chase he had a candle show up on the right side after walking through the door at 4:10
Very unlucky. Candle's use is to for not as a light source, but a sign indicator. If the candle goes out with a few blue particles, it means an Entity has been spawned. Best saved for door 90 and further. As Rush can spawn at any time, and their spawns are more frequent. Thankfully, I don't believe Ambush can spawn through these times. Only gotta deal with Rush, Screech, Eyes & Snares [Traps] I think Eyes spawns a bit more than usual on these rooms. But is very helpful with lighting up the whole Room. But makes it harder cuz any Entity around you makes the candle go out. So you won't know if Rush spawned. Except by a sound cue of it in the distance. But also be aware, screech may actually be around instead. So looking around you before you get to a closet would be worth noting. And having a Crucifix won't always save you against rush through door 90 and further. Had a friend of mine send me a clip of him using it on rush on door 93. But since he stood there, and the door had already been opened, it actually had 2 Rushes spawn back to back. Killing him. [Not 2 Rushes DIRECTLY behind another, like 2 seconds after the Crucifixed Rush disappeared.]
Tip for seek: look both ways don't just choose a random path make sure to look both ways before choosing if both the doors are boarded then just go the door is at the end of the room ALSO CROUCH DURING FIGURE AND AVOID HIM

I somehow made it to door 93 in my first game. I got screwed over by rush because apparently the devs added the greenhouses for the last few doors and there are no lights in there to indicate his arrival. Just remember that if you ever feel bad about how you died, it could have been worse.

Fun fact: there is a secret hole in door 60, go to the next room press the switch and come back to the hole, you will go to a place with doors titled with a-, like A-10 it maybe even contains A-60, not spoiling it too much
