wa iyak akhi !! jaazaka Allah khair for the support :) To answer your questions : For the contract, use chatgpt to write it and some free software to create the actual contract, just google "free contract signing tool" and you'll find a bunch of them. For the brand side of things, you pretty much understood it, ask them what their goals are, what they want to achieve from this campaign, and then find an influencer that matches it. I'll try and cover these in more depth in my next videos insha Allah !

salam akh, the only issue that comes to mind is nowadays all influencers and potential clients, especially those who arent muslim, create content that involves some form of music playing on the background, even if the niche of their content itself is something halal like tech, fashion etc. Is this not a problem when working with them, helping get them brand deals as they are doing something wrong?

it's a legit concern, but most people actually overthink it. Just ask your influencers to not use music in their videos, and 99% of them are cool with it. Dump the remaining 1% and you're cool
What does that have to do with anything, you're not responsible for his videos, as long as your work is halal, his videos are of no concern to us, just like trading with an atheist, you give him your money to buy things, do you tell him to not buy drugs with that money ?
I have few doubts and i am hopping you will respond. 1: When we reach out to the brand and tell the i am representing this influencer, wont they try to reach him on their own? 2: How do we sign a contranct with the influencer. How do we do know he wont stab us after signing the contract. 3: 16:35 you mensioned if he wants to go to zero, but now he knows about the brand he can reach out to them on his own.

not to hate or wtv, but thats literally smma or affiliate marketing but with extra steps, ye it might be less competitive than those, but its still the same job, and its still more competitive than making your own agency of your own service, like community management (which I have yet to see more than two people doing it at the same time), so in my humble opinion just start something you like, most of the time it's halal already and if its not there sure will be a way to make it so, just trust in allah.. (just for info, I did help a couple of friends start their businesses/brands from scratch since I had good knowledge about how to go viral on socialmedia, so I'm well-informed in various industries, even tho I still I have a lot to learn), hope this helps someone out there, and inshallah you guys see success soon.

Akhi could you please explain why the influencer with 1mil subs would work with you instead of directly with the company? Influencers with alot of subs have a team that takes care of the marketing and have contacts with the companies they wanna work with. There is a reason why they worked with a specific company in the past, because they wanna give theire subs the best advice, not only bc of the money and commisions. Would love to see real live examples of a collobaration that worked ( not just reviews )
assalam alikoum habibi, Influencers don't like to manage all that stuff, that's why they have a "team" (or an agency). We also target guys between 100k and 1m followers, that don't have these "teams" handling this for them. If you're just doubting influencer marketing as a whole, I advise you to just dig deeper in the market and see what's happening there, companies are spending billions every year, and agencies are making hundreds of millions in commissions.

Not sure where you're getting your informations from, but indeed contracts do work and backstabbing actually happens in 2% of the times or less. When it comes to your question, I'm not a scholar to answer islamic questions, I advise you to stay away from what's haram and follow what's halal.

I think that SMMA is more profitable than IMA because it is the smallest deal between $500-1000$ and this is money without commission, unlike IMA, which will take 20%-40% of this amount, as you said. و الله اعلم- Allah knows
avg deal in IMA is $5k, your com being 20-40% you make 1-2k per deal. Also check the last minute of the video where I show some student results, I never saw anyone start an SMMA and make that kind of money from scratch in that timeframe.

@@user-Abdou2 it's actually a simple case to solve, simply ask the influencer to not use music in the ad, and he won't. For the women part, I personally ask the guy to not use it or I get my editor to remove the parts where they show women. When you try to find solutions, Allah makes it easy :)
The influencer space is drenched in haram with music and women and an extent of unethical practices. Filtering it to become halal requires skewing it down to 1%. The reach for such influencers are bare minimum and companies at a large prefer those on haram mode. Eventhough the business idea is good, for a muslim looking towards halal options the market size is miniscule.

It seems I cant get a response from you brother as I have started the procedure but am now stuck. How do you ensure the Influencer and brand do not backstab you using a contract. Because prior to the contract being signed you will tell the influencer who the brand is. and prior to the contract being signed you will also tell the brand who the influencer is. this allows them both to skip me and contact eachother. Salam alikoum akhi, most of the time you just rely on trust and if you framed your messaging correctly, they shouldn't even think about backstabbing you. Ask chatgpt for legal questions/contracts, its perfect for those kind of scenarios. May Allah makes it easy for you to close deals akhi !

Couldn't the influencer just reach out to sponsors themselves instead of having to pay a person to do it for them? And how would this work for big influencers if they already have companies willing to work with them?

No it's not. You wont be able to force them to not use music. ALL of them use music even muslim influencers. I don't get what the brother is getting at!
I don't know where you heard that but it's actually quit simple to get them to not use music. Never had an issue with it, if they refuse, I simply cancel the deal. They'll get back to you saying they accept and will remove the music. Assume good of your brothers in islam !

I think that SMMA is more profitable than IMA because it is the smallest deal between $500-1000$ and this is money without commission, unlike IMA, which will take 20%-40% of this amount, as you said.

avg deal in IMA is $5k, your com being 20-40% you make 1-2k per deal.
Also check the last minute of the video where I show some student results, I never saw anyone start an SMMA and make that kind of money from scratch in that timeframe.

@@user-Abdou2 it's actually a simple case to solve, simply ask the influencer to not use music in the ad, and he won't.
For the women part, I personally ask the guy to not use it or I get my editor to remove the parts where they show women.

The influencer space is drenched in haram with music and women and an extent of unethical practices. Filtering it to become halal requires skewing it down to 1%. The reach for such influencers are bare minimum and companies at a large prefer those on haram mode. Eventhough the business idea is good, for a muslim looking towards halal options the market size is miniscule.

okay so how do i make contract and how will brands reach out to the influencers and after reaching out it's just they both bout the price and video stuff thats it? Like im only confused bout how to make a contract and after reaching out to the brand, brands will contact influencer? If they do we don't have to like manage their stuff right like script idea, cpm , script and all that stuff. Okay so we just have to contact the brand on behalf of the influencer and after that the brand and influencer take care of that right? It seems I cant get a response from you brother as I have started the procedure but am now stuck. How do you ensure the Influencer and brand do not backstab you using a contract. Because prior to the contract being signed you will tell the influencer who the brand is. and prior to the contract being signed you will also tell the brand who the influencer is. this allows them both to skip me and contact eachother. So what would I do in this case. Got multiple Influencers waiting for my response akhi. JazaAllah khair

Ask chatgpt for legal questions/contracts, its perfect for those kind of scenarios.

Just ask your influencers to not use music in their videos, and 99% of them are cool with it. Dump the remaining 1% and you're cool

I don't know where you heard that but it's actually quit simple to get them to not use music. Never had an issue with it, if they refuse, I simply cancel the deal.
They'll get back to you saying they accept and will remove the music.
