We were conquered by the Ottomans for hundreds of years, but our hero skanderbeg freed us. We were independent for some time, but lost again to Ottomans. Later we fought Italy, Germany and last Serbia. All through these times we held our language and culture and self respect. In order to marry you will have to pass test from father and family.

Haha check this guy out…Albanian language the oldest. Sorry but you need to read and learn history. Do you not know that the territory that s today considered the state of Albania…only existed as what it is now, for like a bit over 100 years. Albania was the creation of the Hubs-burgs aka the kingdom of Austro Hungary. Just like Ukraine was the creation of communists. Its is laughable when folk live in the country and have never seen it fit to research their own countries history
I have researched it and there is no older language in the Balkans and perhaps in Europe it is the only language that does not resemble any other, not like the Slavic languages that are the same, for example, the Serbian language is the same language as the Bosnian Croat, Montenegrin, so it is a new language copied from Russian and Bulgarian and has stolen over 1000 words from the Albanian language, and the reason why Albania managed to declare independence in 1912 is that they had no one to support them, like Serbia, Greece, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Romania, which Russia created as orthodox states that served it and in this middle the old Albanian populace had to be assimilated at the expense of the orthodox kingdoms. Because it is the only people with a real ethnicity and without religion, with three religions, and this hindered them a lot, and today it hinders and makes the Slavic-Orthodox peoples jealous.

You mean how Serbs never originally existed in the Balkans but settled in 600-800 AD thanks to the fall of eastern roman empire / byzantine which allowed Serbs and Slavs to settle here ?
