    Have you been affected?

A little bit, but not too bad, some of my Sacrosanct characters and a few of their units. Not sure how bad I'm getting hit on the Warrior Chamber stuff just yet without seeing the battletome.

Yeah, I'm new to the hobby, and I bought some really well painted stormcast eternals one month ago, only for them to get removed. I didn't even have the time to play a game in my nearest hobby shop. I'll just sell those minis to get my money back, and sadly, I'll probably be quitting a hobby. I couldn't even start... Thanks to GW.

I'm not too sad about the SCE battleline being replaced, but getting rid of all these recent characters is not good.
Hopefully since Judicators, Sequitors, etc, won't be in the launch box, they will be released at the start of 4.0 and not removed for the entire edition.

I’m hoping that we see the same with judicators etc. still baffled by all the characters also. Huge amount gone.

Who's super excited for the 20-model Clan Rats and Stormvermin boxes to get replaced by 10-model kits that cost the same?! I know I am! 🙄

I totally get your point / and really they need to keep model counts higher in boxes especially for ‘horde armies’ - what’s your view on the new clan rats

@@knightofthetabletop As always the sculpts are high detail, and that might be worth a potential kit-size downgrade to some, but as I've gotten older my thoughts on higher-detail minis has changed. I used to find it a straight upgrade, but higher detail in my experience only comes through if your painting skills are good enough and even then, on the tabletop those details can get lost at that distance, no matter how good you are at painting. Unlike the new cadians, ork boyz, or primaris, the proportions are very similar. They even took the least flattering pic of their old clanrat minis to compare them, which is triggering my cynicism pretty bad 😅. It definitely feels like a 'slimcast' situation where if you're looking at getting into skaven, there's no need to wait to buy your clanrats. Which I guess isn't a bad thing.

This is a shitty attitude towards me personally.
Most of my collection is old classic fantasy miniatures on round bases with interesting conversions and my own color schemes. Because I took to heart the information that *The Mortal Realms are not one small planet, but an endless universe where anything possible*
Now GW is punishing me for my passion.

I honestly feel for you and all beasts of chaos players. There was so much they could have done with Beasts of Chaos from both a lore and model perspective.

Thank God I don't have heavy addiction to board games, but I sympathize with those people who feel that after this their interest in AoS is ruined.
However, I have an academic interest: maybe people will play with Legends rules more now?
And the second question: there was not a word about Legend rules for older previously removed fantasy models, such as Greenskinz, High/Wood elves, Imperial and dwarves? I have some of them on round bases.
