Remember when Joelinton pushed Gabriel to score the header and they told us “stop crying” “Arsenal fans still crying? 😂😂” Now who’s crying about Joelinton? 😂😂😂😂
Ange not playing Brandon Austin & Sergio Reguilon until January is why folks are calling for his head. Big fella doesn't use the players at his disposal efficiently at all. Unwilling to make changes and rotate is why he should be sacked..unwilling to COACH!!
If there’s a team that can complain about the refereeing, it absolutely isn’t Spurs. Gordon broken nose in the box and nothing given. Hmmmm. Almost 14 minutes of injury time, when 10 was generous. Hmmm. So many missed calls for corners, throws and free kicks in favour of Spurs. I do think the players gave a great performance against an in-form Newcastle side though. A crime that Bergvall was subbed off.
Where is the newcastle penalty... also the goal is only handball if the goal scorer handles it however its a stupid rule because the handball leads to a goal so should not be allowed imo
Tottenham deserved a point at least against Newcastle. That Joelinton handball is debatable, I think the goal should have been overturned. VAR just won't improve
Dont be angry, remember when Spurs lost so City and wasted a CL spot to attract better players for the future? You celebrated this "win", now enjoy the consequences.
My bro.. Let’s talk about the difference Austin made. He’s miles ahead of Forster, especially when it comes to enabling our defense to play a high line. With Austin in goal, Bissouma had less ground to cover and could dominate the mid-mid battle. Previously, with Radu and Davies keeping the defensive line so deep to protect Forster (who’s never been good anyway), the midfield often got overrun in the 5-7% of the pitch near the defensive third. Austin completely changed the dynamic. He played out from the back every time, making Newcastle’s frontline look clueless compared to how opposition forwards usually toy with Forster. He was commanding on corners - collecting five, boxing two, and watching one headed clear by the defense. His confidence spread across the backline. In the second half, with Austin controlling the defensive third, Spence and Gray pushed higher up alongside Bissouma. This gave us much more space in the middle third, allowing our midfield to dominate. Bergvall and Sarr excelled, while Maddison and Bissouma stepped up to keep us ticking. The subs were spot-on and kept the momentum going. Brennan Johnson was unlucky not to score, just like Solanke. Line-Up Against "The Fools" This is the team I’d like to see next time: Austin Porro - Spence - Gray - Reguilón Bissouma - Bentancur Maddison Son - Solanke - Johnson The bench would include Kulu, Sarr, Bergvall, Hang etc. We must rotate players like Kulu and Sarr to avoid injuries. In fact, I’d even consider starting Bergvall over Bentancur to keep things ticking for Bergvalls development. Austin’s composure and ability to play out from the back made all the difference. This needs to be the standard going forward. No more low lines, no more deep setups to protect weak goalkeeping. With Austin, Spence, Gray, and the rest, we’re building something solid and can play it out from the back... Let’s keep it up! PS: I was and still am on board with bringing in Cambiasso, DiMarco, or Leif Davis. However, if we can play Reguilon and, without a doubt, should play Austin, then let’s spend the money on Tapsoba and an attacking player (whether it's an AM, winger, or striker).

Can we talk about the intensity of the Ange tactics, the Injuries at the back where we start our ball from is not something we should be surprised by especially when players like keepimg their status above first team unlike the DMs and CMs who we change based on form. Our CB and goolie are bearing so much stress in these Ange tactics we need to have a proper squad depth at CB and fullback position (2 fit RB and 2 LBs along with at least 4 CBs who fit the systems not backups like Radu and Ben). I think if we have a positive transfer window this January we could stop the bleeding, and potentially have a shot at cups and land a mid table on Log. In Ange i believe…

Spurs lacked quality in the final third today. Newcastle had 4 big chances versus Spurs 1 and Dubravka had no big saves to make. Best chances fell to Newcastle but they failed to kill it off in the first half and Spurs controlled the second without enough cutting edge. The referee wasn't great but the biggest mistake was not giving Gordon a penalty from Kulusevski's shoulder smash. A lighter touch 20 minutes later and a free kick was given to Maddison - so much inconsistency. Spurs played well today but there was no robbery by the referee, they got as many decisions for (corners and throws which came off their own players, no red/yellow for Solanki's Sagat knee to Dubravka's head, Gordon penalty) as they did against - and although it may seem harsh, Joelinton's is not a handball by the letter of the law as 'gaining an advantage' is not in the laws.
