Congrats on winning a fancy shirt! I recently bought a frame from a Bear team rider, and he sent it to me via Bike Flights. I got it quickly, and without any issues. You probably deserve a raise.
Great win..rule of thumb for single speed is "2 to 1" for 26er. 2 to1 +1 for 27.5 ,and 2 to 1+2 for 29er. As a basline to adjust from. More hills like you had and being full suspension weight ,you added 4 With the ratio of 36 ,22 . And was perfect.

With Hydra hubs, you can just pull the cassette straight off with the microspline free hub and spacer attached and push on the HG free hub and spacer on when you do the swap. You will need two spacers, but it simplifies everything.
The only time my knees have hurt in the last 15yrs of riding single speeds is when I’ve spent any amount of time on a geared bike. SS places more stress on the muscles than joints.
Riding over n over for gear decisions ? There's a simple rule of thumb.. duhh. Amateur race ..Amateur rider.. ok ..u get a pass . My lil daughter could teach u.
Always fun, and a good way to start a day with a video from you. Thanks.

Tough break homie! I dig the vids and positive vibes.
Amazing the difference the Skratch made!! 1st place on the Skratch, DNF on the Flow. No arguing with the data.
Hahaha so flowformulas was responsible for my broken spoke? Seems like a stretch to me.😂
@@KDubzDidWhatFlow gave you TOO MUCH power. Obviously.
Wow! Congrats Kerry!
Congrats on the single speed win, tough luck about the race with all the cogs!
Congratulations !👊
Great job man! Always fun to watch.
Finally! Been waiting for this video!

That’s too much math! 😅

@@jasonkroll2735 dude just won the National Champs and you’re mansplaining? I feel like he made the correct decision.

"I'm pretty sure he pooped a Kraft single." Holy hell, I just spewed my coffee at that one!!!
Congrats, Go Kerry! looking forward to cross season.

Nice work 🇺🇸
Someone got the gears dialled with the 22. Competition was running 20, for sure. Big difference on the climbs.
Justin has clearly never seen a TSE/PSR awards ceremony. Jr must be announced!
What was the drive to the race music? Seems like my style but couldn’t figure out the band
Yeeeaaaaa no idea why WTC doesn’t make a 21T. We never have for some reason. Its literally the only one we missed in the 16-22 range 🧐
Yo man what’s up with cross? Give us an update and what happened to racing in Europe and the old Kona teammates
Looks like another USA mtb race no atmosphere poor line up and way over priced entry fees
I've never understood single speed, it just looks like guaranteed knee surgery some time in the future!
Don’t knock it till you try it.
@@KDubzDidWhat The only thing knocking would be my knees.
What bike is that and what’s the setup? Remote lockout? Etc
