Another good one Tony. I have that same hammock set up. I have a little hack for you. If you slip a space blanket between your under quilt and the hammock it will increase the warmth a lot. I love that grill. Looks like you can do a lot of different kinds of meals on it. Good job. See you on the next adventure.

That quilt system looks like it would work amazing to stay warm in a hammock. I just picked up a -10°F XL size sleeping bag on clearance for $30. I'm super excited to try it out sometime. It seems like a better sleeping bag than my old mummy bag.
I'm hoping work and life can let up so I can give car camping another shot before summer is here.

This might have been a good place for your trail cam. I liked the area. When I was a girl scout our camp was in the middle of a pine tree forest. Had lots of fun and the smell was amazing. Your coffee cup is definitely looks used. Cold oats, not this girl. What a successful camp.

Nice job with your skottle and the meal looked very good. You looked very cozy in your hammock. Thanks for bringing us along. Tony look into Anodyne shoes trail worker #90. Boot with a zipper for easy don/dof. I use these shoes for my patients and add a paracord loop to zipper for easy grasping or a key ring holder. Let me know what you think.

I will have to admit, I finally tried a Louisiana Crunch Cake from Walmart. I am not a fan of sweets but I admit, it was tasty!

Maybe on the cold days, you should stealth camp in the chocolate factory in Hershey, PA. You'll be warm and with the smell of chocolate, you'll drift off in no time.

Great video, you inspire me, my friend. I found a great place to camp today myself, but the 1300 ft climb really makes me want to do it as a two day camp. I had a good friend who was in his 40s and just fell down the steps and died the other day. It made me just want to get out and feel alive today. Every day is a blessing

Just got my hennessy 4 season hammock an booked my camp site at bald eagle State Forest in April. Can't wait to experience what the hammock life is like.
If you set it up right you're going to love it you should have lots of trees up there at bald eagle State Forest man that sounds like a great trip I might have to look into that as well

I'd like to do hammock camping,but I'm afraid I'd fall out while sleeping!!!
If you don't fall out of it getting into it then you would be good for the whole night it's very hard to roll out of a hammock LOL the challenge is getting in sometimes

Tony need some long underwear and a warm jacket and waterproof rain jacket and pants. If you keep your self warm your hands will be warm also. Love the vid. :)
Yeah I had a good base layer on since the stroke my right side gets very cold quick if my hands weren't cold I would have definitely been good but you are right a warm body equals warm hands I probably should have done jumping jacks but I don't jump and Jack too good anymore yet LOL

Only camping I'll be doing for a while someone got into my truck got 55L pack like yours and all my stuff inside. I don't understand why people are that way I worked hard to get my camping stuff.
Oh my goodness that is horrible I can't believe people are like that Hopefully it can be recovered
@randomadventures2.0 the police said they will never find my stuff. I had all my stuff in the pack I was buying the samething you have. They're great products for sure. Atleast I got to use the stuff on 5 camp outs almost got caught on my last one. Lol
May I suggest if you can get the funds and the time find a military surplus store I am a member of our local VFW and the American legion and I received from the American legion a 1947 down mummy case which is a sleeping bag that when you zip it up there's only a circle in it for your face. It is very warm toasty and I would only worry about it with you having a stroke and everything if you have to leave it in a hurry however if you do cold weather camping such as this I would strongly suggest you look into one of them.
Yes I have heard they are really nice for me personally because of my stroke side I struggle getting my leg in and out of sleeping bags and anything that is even tighter like a mommy bag would be way difficult for me but I've heard they're awesome
