I've been introduced to your music by Tom Jones. Like you said, quite the honor indeed. I certainly hope you're receiving royalties for your work because they'd be well deserved. Get past Sir Tom performing it and you've still produced an important piece of work that should be heard by many. When I first heard it live in concert by the great one I was taken aback by it's relevance to today's times. It reminded me of Bruce Hornsby's That Just the Way it Is and the Eagles Dirty Laundry. That it ended with a jab at Donald Trump was a bonus. Now that I've found you I can't wait to hear what else you've got to offer.

I remember loving my first Todd CD, about 20 years ago, but seeing him do "Talking Seattle Grunge Rock Blues" on "Austin City Limits" made me a fan for life.

I heard a couple of your songs on RUclips and I saw that you were playing at the Granada in Lawrence Kansas, which was last night, so I figured what the hell. It was one year anniversary of my wife's passing away, to the day, I needed something to do. I wasn't disappointed. I make a lousy fan, and I can't play or seeing myself, so I just go hear music whenever I can. It's been a rough day, but you sure helped a lot thank you very much, for sharing your gift.

The one often cited as the first "talking blues" on record was by a couple in Appalachia (maybe Alabam') c. 1932 or '34 (I remember the last name as sounding French-- Bouchard?)

Awesome! I first heard the song when I saw Tom Jones live... I was pleasantly surprised to find out Mr. Snider here wrote it.
