Hello. Is your question referring to this at 01:45? After finishing the "casting on" of the thread, wrap the thread clockwise, halfway around the needle *to prevent twisting*. (although I have read that you wrap the thread clockwise, it looks like the woman in the video is doing this counter-clockwise.)
