LaSalle Park Marina located in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. It is part of Burlington Bay. The unique terrain blocks the airflow from the west and north, and the depth of the lake is suitable for waterfowl to feed. The management department also specially built five artificial islands near the shore to further block the airflow from the east and south. making this bay area an ideal home for wild waterfowl, especially Trumpeter Swans, to spend the winter.
In winter, the largest flock of Trumpeter Swans in Ontario gather here, with the number more than 200. There are also many birds, wild ducks, Canada Geese, seagulls, pigeons, squirrels, chipmunks etc. found here. Ideal for hiking, snow watching, bird and wildlife watching.
