Hi, is there a follow up video on this? I have a circuit which requires lumped elements prior to the feed. How do I design this? And what do I fill the feed with to pass the design rules check?

a follow up question, if you need to connect the feed input to a capacitor for example, how do you draw a trace to it?

Can you explain me how smart phone antenna works ?

Sure, smartphones have multiple antennas to access different services and wireless protocols, they do not have a single antenna that accesses everything. The main cellular antenna that is used to access voice and mobile data services is normally built into the cellular modem module, which might be located near the top of the handset. The other antennas, such as WiFi/Bluetooth or GHz radio antennas, are ceramic antennas that are placed as SMD components on the PCB. The same kind of ceramic antenna can be used in other designs to add WiFi, Bluetooth, or other radio access features to the PCB.
