I’m going to Vietnam in August. I went there 25 years ago and enjoyed every bite. This was before I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. I’m praying that most of these soup broths do not contain regular soy sauce ( wheat and soy) but hopefully only meat, herbs and spices and authentic soy only sauce. Do you have any information about gluten in these sauces or broths? It seems that any restaurants advertising gf in Vietnam is really meant for vegan tourists 😢. Also, thank you for the “g” rated content on Vietnam my children are enjoying the videos and getting excited.

Glad you guys are enjoying the video. I can't really comment on what they put in their broths but I'm suspecting it's more natural and healthier than in North America with all our processed foods.

Depends how clean your tummy is. Lol. Usually, for someone who haven't been back to South East Asia before, they usually do get sick. Avoid their water and ice and avoid the street food if you are new to that environment.
