EscapeWithMe So are we all this one universe? And thoughts are even beyond us, the universe??? I really can’t get this my head, it’s frustrating.
J Dog think of it this way. Whether or not you believe in god, we are created by something. I personally use the law of attraction and twist it to fit my beliefs (so instead of thanking the “universe” I thank god), but I do believe that we are one with the universe. *whatever you believe in* created us with the universe- we are a part of it. Our thoughts are a part of it. We help it evolve and grow- just like bacteria, animals, trees, everything. It has been proven scientifically that everything vibrates- including YOU. We are made up of atoms, so it makes sense that we vibrate. Our vibrational frequencies depend on our mood- That makes sense as well. Now we attract what we match, don’t think of opposite attracts here- we’re not magnets- so think that the best will happen to you and it will. That’s not to say you will live a perfect life. There will be hard days, but if you’re strong enough to go through it, it will lead to a better life. I used to not believe the saying “hard times make us stronger” until I went through one of the toughest time of my life, and now I am so happy with how my life is becoming. I still have hard days, but I take each day one by one and I look forward to my future. I don’t know if what I said is relevant to your question, but I hope this helped somehow.

I’d been trying to manifest a SP but had trouble detaching from the outcome. The other day I made the decision to leave everything else up to the universe and wouldn’t you know, literally 2 days later, the SP text me! This step is the hardest part but so worth it

Always always say that his your “boyfriend” not ur ex, is returning back to you and that his current 3rd party aren’t compatible and that they both want different things. Never wish anything bad to a 3rd party, wish them the best and that they will find someone better. Remember sending good vibes will bring you also good vibes. Sometimes your “boyfriend” has to be with someone else to learn something so that when they are present in your life, the have become the better version of themselves and they have perfected their ways to be with you

A quote that really helped me "detach," "let go," "set it and forget it" whichever term works best for you. This isn't verbatim, but it goes something like this..
..."detachment isn't that you own nothing, it is that nothing owns you." It goes on to say, "the greatest form of detachment isn't to be away from everything. It is to be close to everything and not let it consume or own you."

One of the best things I can recommend is listening to Ho'oponopono when you go to sleep at night. It is a Hawaiian mantra that consists of the following - "I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You, I Love You." It is a way of forgiving yourself for the things you were unaware of and reminding yourself that you are loved.
After the first three days of listening while I slept (you can find 8 hour long videos here on YT) I was able to go about my day with a greater sense of inner peace. Since then I still listen to it when I am feeling there is more healing needed.
REMEMBER, THERE IS NO LAW OF ASSERTION ONLY LAW OF ATTRACTION.
NO ONE CAN ASSERT ANYTHING INTO YOUR LIFE, NO ONE! WHETHER CONSCIOUSLY OR UNCONSCIOUSLY EVERYTHING THAT COMES INTO OUR REALITY IS DONE SO BY OUR OWN DOING.
You can also listen to different frequencies here on YT to raise your vibration to match that of the things you desire in your life.
LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE, so if you want things to change in your life start raising your vibration.

doubt it it's like saying "dont think about this" and when you keep saying that to yourself you end up thinking about it. i'd recommend distracting yourself with other things than constantly reminding yourself like this

I’m having the same issues with the letting go and fully trusting... putting what I really want out there. But the words “who are we to not trust the universe”. Is slowly changing my view on this.

letting go is so hard when you try to manifest a (text from) specific person you really really like. I do try it and sometimes it does work and when I think about him I just keep in mind that it's going to be alright and I feel so happy. But then sometimes reality hits me and I feel so sad and I miss him. I do try to let go and trust the universe but it's hard when you think 24/7 about a person you really like...
Yes its very hard.... I try myself to let go but I can't... Keep your head up things will eventually get better.

This was one of the hardest things for me to do. By nature I’m a very controlling person, so letting go and let be was a challenge. But I can honestly say it works!! Letting go and letting the Universe take over most definitely, without a doubt works!! Now when ever I have a challenge or want something that I just can’t seem to have at the moment, I talk to the universe and put it in her hands. The outcomes have always been favorable...so far 😉🤓

That was really powerful way of explaining how we are supposed to trust intuition over logic. We are born with intuition, thinking is what we grew up with around us. I am learning to let go of my analytical mind and trust the universe through intuition. Any time I catch myself expecting anything, I know it means I am attaching to something. So, I have to learn to let go. Very powerful!

I trust law of attraction from long time....and I have the book of it....in few small cases I have observed that yes law of attraction does work but my prblm is with my anxiety as I have gone with lots of ups Nd downs in life soo in that case sometime I am unable to manifest things even I am trying to let go everything but I am unable to stop thinking about the negatives....but aftr watching your videos and listening to your words I am trying to reconstruct things accordingly...thank you soo much for helping with your teachings..😊
sreyashi das Anxiety really is the devil when it comes to the law of attraction, I suffer from it too. It can totally ruin everything in your daily life by overthinking and over-dramatizing every single situation that comes your way. But if you really focus on your negative thoughts, stop yourself, take a deep breath in (really imagine, visualize breathing in the energy, the hope, the love, the peace) and then breathe out (again, imagine breathing out the frustration, pain, fear, anger, disbelief, ...) and really breathe out your negative emotions, replacing them with hope and vision, you’ll feel much better. Take a piece of paper. Write about your future as it is already yours. Thank in advance for all of your blessing. Draw your dream life. Sing a song about your dream life. Meditate. Visualize. Do anything that would bring you onto that higher frequency of you already having it. You got this, I trust you 💕. It’s hard, but you can do it 🙏🏻.

Minutes before starting this video I was scripting I AM deserving of happiness, wealth and abundance, and love. I don't know about others but for some reason I struggle with believing I deserve it. Sometimes I'm in disbelief when manifestations do come because I question whether it's meant for me.

This morning when I woke up, I checked to see if I was pottery jackpot winner. I was a little disheartened to learn I wasn’t, but curious to understand why. Especially because I have been manifesting, scripting, visualizing, meditating. Doing the full moon rituals and what not! What I failed to understand and learn was the art of surrendering. When we realise just how much happens without our conscious control, we can realise just how silly it is thinking we need to force things to be in a particular way. The earth rotates perfectly around the sun, the earth spins perfectly on its axis, the moon orbits the earth , our hearts beat and lungs breath all on thier own.
Everything is happening for our good and when we *allow* a greater mind to take control, to surprise and delight us, we open ourselves up to the unknown, something new and much greater than we could have perceived before.
