I don't get hit, are we playing the same game? I swear a granade never landed even remotely close to me, even if thrown from close range. The IA rarely tries to go around me, on the other hand there is the bs that sometimes enemies spawn directly behind me with no warning...
Once you get to higher difficulties you’ll see what I mean. I play on heroic and you constantly dodge grenades and you’re always getting flanked as well.
@@elijahfluw4347 Yeah that person is probably on challenging or hard. The AI in this game is actually great, I haven't played many other shooters where enemies move like they do in The Division games.
I know I'm particularly late to this video, but one thing I like to do is run with a drone and a turret. If NPCs are using drones, RCs or other mechanical skills, I will put my drone on them. I will use the turret to take care of rushers, while I look for the ones that try to flank me. They are also very good at taking the attention away from me, leaving me free to heal if needed or get open shots on guys who don't realize I'm around. I run alot of solo, so the extra firepower is helpful. That drone is a pitbull though!! There are times when I will just deploy my drone and let it do work.
The great thing about turrets and drones is you can have them focus a target when needed or just let them wreak havoc on everyone. It's super useful having enemies aggro on your skills instead of you as well. I've been running a status effect skill build in pve using the bleed hive and fire sticky bomb and it's been awesome, I forgot how fun skill builds can be.
One thing that isn't obvious is that ai in this game doesn't automatically know where you are at all times. So if you suppress them and move to a new spot without them seeing you, they'll still think you're where they last saw you and keep focusing there, and you can flank them.
I have been grinding this game hard for the past 48hrs but thought I would see if there was any tips for the game and your page is perfect for what I've been looking for! So it's a like subscribed and bell icon from me looking forward to some more vids 👍
Great video! The only thing I would add it to talk about the benefits of the cover to cover system. It reduces the accuracy of NPC's from a distance, increases your defense, and makes you move a lot faster than sprinting normally. Just thought I would add that.
100% correct, Id like to further add;It also lets you reload your gun. Rolling is also faster than rolling, lets you reload your gun (requires timing) and provides perfect immunity frames making you invunerable during about half the roll.
If you're on Xbox go to my feed BlkstIvory76 and look for the clip it's roughly 3minutes long posted 3months ago wearing a red flannel and it's the keener mission. Sniped 2 grenades with a M1A.
That's dope dude, I always forget you can shoot grenades out of the air. I guess I just don't want to risk missing it and getting exploded. I played TD2 on xbox when it released but I'm on pc now.
Okay the part you said to kill the enemy like prioritize well for me it's those medics I hate them so much like when I'm playing heroic solo they just keep getting it my way so much but now I know who needs to take out first thanks! Keep up the video man!!!!

Dude those Medics are a PAIN if you don't notice them, good call. If you're not careful then they'll revive every enemy you've killed lol.

I also thought this game was about shooting from cover. Then I unlocked the fuck off kevlar shield. Ive never used cover since.
