This is majima at karaoke after 4 drinks with Kiryu at Serena when talking about their twenties. Once Kiryu talks about Makimura Makoto, Majima realizes he's between friends, and drops his mad dog facade
Kiryu gets surprised to see majima talking normally, and majima tells his whole story
He remembers his twenties, the struggles, torture, and after some time, Majima decides to sing off his sins, even if it's gonna soud rough because of the tears and mucous in his throat
Right at the end, 3:33 , his mind remembers him angrily why he's the mad dog of shimano, why he keeps this facade, and the alcohol kicks in harder knowing his life isn't one for family, love, and a wife
after that, Saejima hugs him, and Kiryu sheds a single tear after hearing all the story, and seeing saejima makes him remember of Nishiky, which in turn makes him cry a little
