Haha I noticed the same, it does appear there are white mycelial growth in the bags... but the pics are also blurry to my vision . It's probably unlikely that they are doing that. I am however now curious if even a small percentage chance some biomass that could bounce back, they come from outer-space after-all ;)
Looks more like condensation in the bags fogging them up because they are using hot water to hydrate the substrate and reduce overall autoclave heat up time.
It's basically a giant pressure cook. In that it is a huge chamber where sterilization can occur for mushroom cultivation media, substrate etc. Don't know if it actually works exactly like a pressure cooker but the principle is the same.

Looks like the substrate bags are autoclaved after they've been inoculated with the mycelium. Will the mycelium survive the autoclave?

our processing is to sterilizer mushroom substrate sterilizer ,not including the mycelium
They are not inoculated there is no way.
